I love this bike. It is perfect for casual riders who are looking for an entry point into an E bike. This bike is well built, powerful and the battery seems to last a long time. However, I use the pedal assist between one and three and only go on short rides for 20 to 30 minutes in duration.. It’s also the perfect size for me. I am a 5‘4“ female. I would suggest a male or anyone heavier than 250 pounds get a more powerful bike. Especially if pedal assist will be used majority of the time. But for your average size female, this bike is fast. It’s fun and perfect for bike trails, neighborhood rides and roads that aren’t very crowded. I say that because the bike is not very nimble. It is not like a road bike so tight maneuvers and quick turns require precise handling. For that reason, I would not ride this bike in heavy traffic or on roads that don’t have a bike lane. that’s not specific to this bike, but just my bit of advice on where to ride a mountain E bike. ... show more

Great ladies e-bike, excellent power and speed. It comes set at 20mph by default but easy to adjust settings to reach top speed of 31.3 mph. As far as distance, my wife and I did a 29 mile ride using pedal assist and afterwards still had 80+% of battery life. Great value!

Do not buy from this company . They have no customer service and no way to order replacement parts. If something stops working this e-bike becomes just a heavy expensive bike. I rode this bike 3 times and the pedal assist stopped working. Bike repair guy told me to get a new pedal assist sensor but you cannot contact the manufacturer or order a replacement. Buy an e-bike from a local retailer instead. ... show more

This bike is very well made. More assembly required than on previous manufacturers, but I do feel this bike is better quality. The ride is fast and smooth. The frame is heavy, sturdy, and a nice color. I like the suspension seat post, but I prefer a different seat and therefore replaced it immediately. Assembly directions were clear and well written. Absolutely love the ride of the bike and speed and quality. Only gave it 4 stars however because the battery doesn't last as long as it says it should. But it gets me to where I want to go and l love it so I would still recommend it to anyone.

Got two of these, one for me one for my wife and they are AWESOME! Was a bit nervous about buying off the internet, but it wasn't a problem. One bike did have a flat spot on the rear rim (looked like the box might have been dropped). Sent pictures to the after sale customer support, got a response in one day asking me to take it to a local bike shop for repair at their expense. Did that, uploaded the receipt and had the payment in my bank account the next day. Have had contact with support a couple other times and they are always responsive and helpful. The bikes? We love these bikes. I've always had hot road bikes and my wife always felt like she was holding me back. These bikes are the great equalizers. We were riding once or twice a. month together on the road bikes. Now we're riding 3 or 4 times a week. Unexpectedly, it's actually a pretty good work out according to my heart rate monitor. I consistently get into zone 2 or 3 and since we're riding further, from 1.5 to 3 hours at a shot, it adds up to a good work out. The front shock, and the seat post shock combined with the lower pressure (40psi) 2" tires and a super cushy seat makes for a really nice ride, also extending our ride times. Battery, we usually ride at assist level 3 and in that mode we've gotten 60 miles on a charge. The batteries are heavy, but relatively easy to pull out of the bike and put on the charger. Going in I was a bit of throttle snob thinking I'd never really use it, but it's actually quite nice for starting and also to remind the electrical engine to do it's thing if I've stopped pedaling for a while. All in all, only regret is that we didn't do this sooner. ... show more
