I've been looking for a powerful blender which is capable of making nut / bean powder or paste for a while. All my previous grinder and blenders don't work as expected. I've already tested with one pound of sesame seeds quickly and successfully. It's also easy and fast to clean the container completely following the manual instruction. I'll try it with some other nuts and beans later. In general, this machine is not only very powerful but also well-designed with digital display, bigger container, and versatile button control. Awesome and fantastic!

The blender works, is very powerful, pulverizes chili pepper seeds and other items that a food processor can't. I love it for making hot sauce, mayonnaise, barbecue sauce and more. It's really an effective and functional device. I normally cover the pros and cons here, but the pro is everything. Price, effectiveness, ease of use, power, generous size and functionality. The con is the pitcher. Do NOT wash the pitcher it in the dishwasher. Keep it simple. Clean it by hand. When done, fill it half full of water and add a drop of dish liquid. Then blend it for a few seconds. Shake it around, dump, rinse and dry. Wipe off the outside/clean by hand as needed. If you do put it in the dishwasher, be prepared for cracks and unnecessary wear. Trust me. I ended up buying two of these just to get the extra pitcher, given that I can't find the actual pitcher part online. My first one leaks due to cracks that formed after three cycles in the dishwasher. WASH BY HAND ONLY!!! I was willing to buy the second because I like the device. But I sort of wish I had gotten another brand that reminds us of stealthy Japanese assassins the first time around given how well my food processor of the same brand works.
