I must admit, it's been seven months since I've gotten this product. I wanted to wait long enough to know for sure, if it really works. So, let me start by saying that, this product really does work. I live in an apartment building that has a roach infestation problem, and nothing I did worked, so this product was my last hope. When I first installed it, I noticed several things. First, there is no noise coming from this product on the bug level. There are two levels to this, one for bugs and one for rodents, the rodent level is noisy. Secondly, this product does not affect my dog. She doesn't seem to be bothered by it. Lastly, this product does take some time to work properly. When I first plugged it in, it took about a month for me to really start seeing results. But since then, I'm thrilled to report that there has been a 98 percent reduction of roaches, and I couldn't be happier. The only problem l have with this product is, when there's a power outage, the roaches seem to come back around. But, thankfully not in full force! So, this seems to be a bug repellent, not a bug killer.

I dislike that it doesn't work. The value is terrible. The noise level is ridiculously high for the product to not work. The size is fine. It's easy to plug in. I don't see any safety issues, except for piercing your ears with the sound. It definitely does not work! Do not recommend at any price

On rodent mode with the red light on it definitely makes a high pitch irritating sound. Seems to repel the rodents that had been getting in from outside and into my pantry.

I had high hopes for this product because we had two squirrels get inside our attic. We relocated them, but need a non-harmful repellent to keep others out. As soon as I plugged this in the wall socket, our beagle jumped off the sofa and ran into the other room. She was in a panic. I thought, “She’ll get used to it,” but within 20 minutes, she started salivating. Of course, I unplugged it immediately. Just to be sure it wasn’t a coincidence, a few days later, I waited until she was asleep and plugged it in again. She jumped up and ran again! So I unplugged it right away. I can plug in cell phone chargers and other electronics, so the sound of something being plugged in isn’t what scared her. I’m 100% sure she can hear the device. So I returned it and the refund process was easy. Too bad this didn’t work for us. Maybe if we didn’t have our dog, we could have kept it.

This product definitely does work. The sound it makes is annoying but after a while, it’s kinda like a smoke detector with low batteries, you don’t notice it too much.

Two building hsd to be taken down. Mise/rat came all over town. No poison worked until I purchases these units. BEST product for our problem.
