Crap quality. Came with a bent corner connector, but was able to bang it on. Unfortunately it didnt last. Expected it to hold up to wind. Had plenty of tree around to buffer too. Metal is very thin and even with the provided braces, just didnt last. Unfortunately a waste of money. Customer service was very unhelpful and promised to replace any broken parts, then tried to charge me nearly $200 for additional parts. Picked up a better one at costco for 260! ... show more

Everything was labeled, and everything went together very easy. I love that is has a zippered door at both ends. This is going to be great when it snows. I have it anchored and using alot of sand bags along the inside walls where it drags on the ground. It's been windy and it's holding up great. I almost want it to snow, but I can wait Lol. It rained the day after I put it up and one of the side panels somehow was leaking, and I had a puddle inside. I notified the company and got a response immediately from Kelly in Customer Service! She sent me another side panel right away, only took a few minutes to replace the panel. Problem is solved! This is an excellent company to buy from. Customer Service is outstanding! I want to Thank Kelly so much for responding to all my messages and solving my problem! ... show more

It was fun to put this together. There was one leg that did not quite fit in. It was simple to call the company and Pearl instantly sent me another leg to replace the damaged one. We are using this to keep the sap and pine needles off the car. Thank you for responding so quick.

Arrived promptly in two boxes, well labeled and easy to assemble. Done by 1 person, a second person would’ve been greatly appreciated. A good sound structure when anchored properly. It’s been through two windy rain storms, no leaks. Very satisfied customer, highly recommend!
