I think having the word creeper makes it a little confusing. Its certainly a mat you can lay on to work under things. It doesn't slide easily. You are whats supposed to slide. Its certainly handy if you aren't in your garage. I use it at the shop when I have to work on the van. Most guys would usually take a large piece of cardboard and do the same thing but this is more comfortable. It also rolls up and stores easily. Cardboard don't do that!!

My mechanic said, “the mat feels much better than just rolling w.o it.” The size is good; my mechanic is 6’2”; he appreciated the adjustability for more comfort. It’s portable w.handles for carrying. Definitely functional as my mechanic changed my oil. The mat is durable bc I’m on the east coast and we were hit w.a serious ice/snow storm and he used it with snow in the ground and frigid weather, -2 degrees: it comes ready to use!!👍🏼👍🏼

This creeper mat is excellent. It rolls up into an included bag with a drawstring for easy storage. The mat is about the size of a large yoga mat. You simply lay it out and sit on the bottom section and scoot. The benefit of the rolling mat over a creeper with wheels is the space it takes up. This is better for tight areas or for quick repairs when you don’t necessarily want to jack up the vehicle. The benefit of wheeled creepers is your range of motion so this mat allows you to move forward and back only. It’s very durable and made well. We’ve used it several times and its condition is still new. It offers a slight cushion for your backside so you don’t feel the roughness of the ground beneath you too much. Very easy to use, great value. We’re happy to have it.

This creeper mat is a solid option if you’re working on low vehicles. The lack of wheels is actually a big advantage — no extra height, no fighting to squeeze under something that barely has clearance. It lays flat and makes getting under tight spots much easier than a traditional wheeled creeper. The material slides on itself really well, so moving under and back out from a vehicle is smooth and easy. You’re not stuck inching your way around. The only real downside is that the side touching the ground ends up near your head and feet when you slide back out. So whatever dirt, dust, or grime is on the floor can transfer if you’re not careful. That said, it’s still far better than laying directly on concrete or gravel. It gives you a solid barrier between you and the ground. It’s all fabric but feels heavy duty. It folds up small for easy storage, and the handles are double stitched so they feel secure when carrying it around. Overall, it’s worth having if you want to stay cleaner and more comfortable than just laying on the ground. Easy to use, compact to store, and even small enough to toss in your car or off-road rig if needed. Four stars
