I would not recommend these electric scooters to anyone, especially for children. I purchased three of them in May 2026, and we have had issue after issue, including problems with the chargers. The most serious issue happened when the screws on one of the scooters came loose while my son was riding it. He fell off and injured his chin, arm, and chest. A product that is being sold for children should NOT have basic hardware coming loose and putting them in danger. I have contacted the company multiple times by message and email, trying to get this situation resolved. Their response has essentially been that they will not provide a refund because too much time has passed. I purchased these in May 2026—only about three months ago. I find that response completely unacceptable, especially considering that the product has now resulted in my child getting hurt. We purchased three scooters, and unfortunately, it hasn't been just one isolated problem. We've experienced repeated issues with the scooters and chargers. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of these scooters and the company's customer service. When a child's safety is involved, I expect a company to take the situation seriously instead of hiding behind a time limit. I strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing these scooters. My children’s safety is far more important than the money I spent on them, and I regret purchasing all three. ... show more

This thing goes fast, I legitimately fly around town and I love it. It’s pretty durable. My main concern is that it doesn’t seem to get as much ride time as it advertised. I get about 2-3 miles of coverage before the battery life starts to flash red. I was expecting to get like 6 miles. I’m not sure if there’s a display error too because sometimes I will power it off at 3 bars of battery, and once I power it back on minutes later it will jump back up to 4 bars. Very strange but nonetheless it’s been reliable for me when traveling around the neighborhood and the tires have been extremely durable. I also like how strong and fast the brakes work, it helps me feel super safe while riding fast. ... show more

Granddaughter received the pink scooter for her birthday in August. It was easy putting together, holds the charge well, has a good speed, well put together, folds down which makes it easier when taking in the car. It has a wider foot stand. We are happy with the purchase.
