The bike arrived yesterday and the hardest part of assembling it was removing the bike from the box. I was able to put it together, with no experience, in about two hours. The bike came with a tool kit and tire pump, but I used my own. Would have taken considerably longer without power tools. The only issue I had was with one of the brake sensors. I had to back off the adjustment pretty far before it shut off and allowed the motor to run. Maybe bleed that brake a little to remove the pressure? I don't know yet. Will get expert advice before messing with hydraulics. The frame is beefy, welds look very good. Fenders are solid, lights and reflectors are good. The rear rack is almost necessary for manhandling this beast. Brakes performance is good. This bike is big and heavy. It's like driving a truck instead of a car. Turning radius is pretty bad. But that motor makes up for the weight. The battery fits snugly into the bike, but the charging cable feels delicate. I would have liked a firmer connection. The controller sits in a little cubby between the pedals. No need to look in there, everything came connected. First ride was a little shaky. I weigh just over 300lbs, and with the bike and heavy battery we're getting close to 400lbs. I was worried about bogging the motor down. No worries any longer. This bike is powerful! Between the size and weight I have to adjust to launching this thing from a standstill. Then that big hub motor kicks in; be ready a burst of assistance. Be gentle with the throttle, it has a lot of torque. First ride I dumped it. Immediately went out and bought a helmet, came home and tried again. Was confident within the first mile or so. I was able to ride several miles without fatigue. Seat is comfy, too. I have no desire to find out how fast it will go. Pedal assist 1 tops out at 10mph, pedal assist 2 at 14. That's fast enough for this old guy. No hills in my area, so I can't comment on that. No word on battery life, but there's no way I'm getting 68 miles with my weight and fitness. I'll be satisfied with 20. I couldn't be happier with the quality and accessories. $300 shipping was a bite in the behind. All in all, though, a great value.

This bike is AMAZING! Much more than we expected. Still getting use to but very impressed. My husband is 6' 5" tall and fits him perfect. I am 5' 2" and it is too big for me. Durable and heavy duty, well worth the money. Consumer has excellent service, we ask questions and have answer the next day. Very pleased with our purchase. My husband's friends are envious as they spent much more and half the bike.

Ive had 4 E Bikes and 6 if you count my wifes' 2. With about 60 miles on it, This is my favorite so far. I could give it 4.75 stars but like all my bikes, I change the seat and raise the handlebars . The rear shock is a little stiff for my 165 lbs, I may or may not change that. BTW, I set it to have 9 E speeds, 1 barely moves 3 MPH , 2 maybe 10, 3, same as 2??? 4 16 MPH and IDK about the rest yet but I did have it up to about 28 MPH just to test it when it was brand new. Customer service from the seller is very important and the seller was very responsive by E Mail when I had an issue and they sent me the part I needed. I think this bike is a great deal for the money, Hope you enjoy yours too and maybe we'll meet on the trail some day.

Bike came very well packaged and mostly assembled. Front tire, handlebars and a few accessories require installation with tools that are included. I purchased this in December and with a 50-degree day yesterday, I was able to take it out for about a 12-mile spin. The bike seems very sturdy, rides vary smoothly and soft over bumps in the trail. Pedal assist worked great up hills and against the wind making the ride very pleasant. Folding the bicycle helps a lot with storage and transportation. I will probably not get much more time on the bicycle until Spring, however the first ride was great.

Having trouble finding product support, rode it once for 33 miles, next time I tried to ride there is no power assist. A 55 pound 7 speed is a hard ride without it. Manual has no troubleshooting for this issue. Hope someone who reads this can help, I'd rather not send it back but want it working.

Battery range is not that great. Definitely requires daily charge if you plan to travel 10 miles. Takes about 4-6 hours for a full charge. Bike is heavy so keep that in mind.

Battery life on full throttle mode is not as long as advertised. After a few months, its top speed is 26 not 30. However, all around good bike, even in heavy rain!
