The bed is sturdy and nice. My daughter loves it. The headboard is reversible and instructions have assembly instructions for both ways. Working together, we got this assembled in about 2 hours. I suggest using full size tools and power tools instead of the tiny ones that come with the kit.

Bought for our son. Great bed. Building was a process but manageable. The only complaint I have is the LED light strips it came with started to fall down after only a few hours of being installed. Solid bed though. No other complaints.

Huge shoutout to the company for their customer support! First, I ordered this product and it was delivered early. Then when I found I had a duplicate part and 1 missing part, I contacted them and they sent me the missing part. They were upfront and honest that it would take a few weeks to manufacture the part and ship it, and I was willing to wait. They did exactly that, and the part finished my kiddos bedroom upgrade project. Absolutely great service in fixing a simple error. On the product itself, it’s solid. I bought for a 14yo and it’s the perfect size for a not-so-big space. The built in power is a huge feature and one we love having in the provided space. Setup isn’t too bad, the instructions overall are pretty easy to follow. It’s not a groundbreaking frame, but it certainly works. My kiddo loves this frame. Thanks again to the company for the great service.

For the love of God, whatever you do do not buy anything from this manufacturer. This is the second bed frame I bought from them. I have been trying to get a bedframe for my daughter for over a month now. The first bedframe that I was sent was missing four pieces. I thought maybe there might just be a little issue and things got messed up, they couldn’t send me the individual pieces though, so I am burdened with an entire box full of bedframe pieces that I have to pay to dispose of. Second bed frame comes in, I get doubles of something that should only have one piece of and then I’m missing another piece. And every time you try to talk to the manufacturer, it takes them two business days to respond so it makes it extremely difficult to communicate.

Extremely difficult to put together. It took my husband 4 days, not full days but quite a few hours after work each day. 1 metal part got bent to the point it broke, and 1 part didn't match so we can't insert the drawer perfectly.
