Beautiful Bed but very hard to figure out to put together
Color: Black&oak Grey
Size: Full
Putting it together was a struggle instruction are confusing . Had to stop and finish the next day. The bed is beautiful and looks great put together but LED strip came off half way the next day no biggie for as I have tape to make it stay. The storage is nice but the material is cheap looking at the picture I thought it was better material but I can work with it: Ned does Make noise when moving around

Solid Frame, Even Better Customer Service
Color: White
Size: Full
Huge shoutout to the company for their customer support! First, I ordered this product and it was delivered early. Then when I found I had a duplicate part and 1 missing part, I contacted them and they sent me the missing part. They were upfront and honest that it would take a few weeks to manufacture the part and ship it, and I was willing to wait. They did exactly that, and the part finished my kiddos bedroom upgrade project. Absolutely great service in fixing a simple error. On the product itself, it’s solid. I bought for a 14yo and it’s the perfect size for a not-so-big space. The built in power is a huge feature and one we love having in the provided space. Setup isn’t too bad, the instructions overall are pretty easy to follow. It’s not a groundbreaking frame, but it certainly works. My kiddo loves this frame. Thanks again to the company for the great service.

Pleasantly Surprised
Color: White
Size: Twin
I was skeptical to purchase at first because I'm always wary about buying big items like this online, but I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. It only took 3 of us about 4 hours to build this. Instructions are very simple and all of the tools needed are all included. The lights are super cute and there is a lot of storage. The bins underneath the bed are very nice quality. I definitely don't regret buying and would purchase other furniture from this company again.

Not worth the frustration.
Color: White
Size: Twin
Instructions are horrible, packaging and items stickers are small and difficult to see. I wouldn’t buy this again - the end result wasn’t worth the trouble.

Kiddo enjoys the bed frame
Color: Black&oak Grey
Size: Twin
Replaced my sons bed and he picked this design. So far he loves the rgb lights, cubby holes and the plug strip on top. He decorated it with his stuff and is happy with the new bed. I recommend a box frame to put the mattress on to avoid a gap.

Very nice for young teen!
Color: Black
Size: Full
This bed has been such a hassle. One of the parts ended up breaking. I ordered this back in June and month and a half later it’s finally put together. I like the design of the frame a lot. Cheap parts make it frustrating to put together. We went and bought different dowel pens from lows the ones sent snapped in half. The frame was 189$ plus 89$ shipping. The company did end up replacing the broken #16 part. It took 2 weeks to receive the part. I do love the frame. Not sure if it was worth the stress.
