Really great sound and built quality. You get a great value for your money. My son loves it. Although we had an unexpected issue with it, I updated my review. I was a bit disappointed and the guitar wasn't even under warranty anymore. I guess they take pride in their reputation and keep an eye on what people say and experience with their products, THEY reached out to me. They said suspect an unnoticeable damage during shipping. They offered me a full refund or replacement when they didn't have to! That speaks volumes to me! I would confidently buy again from them. Now that's CUSTOMER SERVICE!
