This is a quality Carbon Fiber guitar, with a mellow metallic sound that I find pleasing. It does not have the fruity overtones of some my dreadnoughts, but that is a good thing because it adds something unique to my collection. The smart features and effects are definitely a plus, but if your reason for buying the instrument, then you should know a few things: - The looper works pretty well. This is partly why I bought this guitar, and I was not disappointed. It is great to be able to use a looper without connecting to an amp. - The effects are fun but do not sound professional. There is no comparison to using an effects pedal with a an electric guitar. - The rest of the features - practice mode etc. may be good for a small subset of users. But there are apps that are more flexible and do the job better. ... show more

    • Bent neck out of the box...
Like the title says, neck was bent right out of the box. No truss rod for adjustments and action is too high. I would have returned it but my wife threw away the box.

The 38 inch is perfect for me I’m not a big guy but when I got the 36 inch it was way too little so I sent it back 38 is perfect and yes, this guitar does hook up to an amplifier perfect it sounds a little bright, but when I wear these strings out, I will put it in different strings to give it a deep sound.
