Many years ago I tried a neck contour cervical memory foam pillow. It immediately bothered my trigeminal neuralgia, and I assumed I would never be able to use a memory foam pillow. After several years of buying traditional firm & extra firm pillows and being disappointed because they would lose their firmness etc, I was searching again for pillows. I decided to try this memory foam pillow - because you could choose how high the pillow was, and I hoped I would be able to find a height that maybe would not bother my trigeminal neuralgia while also helping my neck. And this pillow works for me! I am mostly a side sleeper while sometimes ending up on my back. I found that using 3 of the levels works best for me. This pills is the most comfortable one I have ever had! it is adjustable, simply remove one layer of its too high or add more if it's too low. The only draw back is it is very hot and holds heat. I find myself waking up with no neck pain or shoulder pain, but my hair is always sweaty and wet.

I've purchased two LOFE pillows in the last year and am very happy with them. They are comfortable together as 4 or in groups of 1-2-3 and work perfectly to help bolster the height of some of my other pillows when put into a pillow case with them. I also folded a couple of them in half and use them in travel pillow cases on trips - they work great! I also devised a way to use one folded over under a latex foam pillow, in the middle, on the bottom inside the pillowcase so that I have room to sleep on my side with my arm stretched up by my head without causing the pillow section I lay my head on to move - works great! The LOFE Adjustable Memory Foam Pillow is a great idea - able to change height of pillow that works best for you. However, I found the foam layers a little too firm. I ended up making a hybrid pillow using a couple of the LOFE layers along with a thin soft pillow I already owned - so you have the support you need and a soft comfortable layer for your head. I'm mainly a stomach sleeper that sometimes moves on my sides. I also like to put my arms under my pillow. This pillow is customizable and comes with 4 layers, but I use just 2. At first it was a bit weird because it was much lower than what I'm used to, but I've been using it for a month now with no problems. I no longer have random neck pain sleeping on my stomach with my head elevated. With the customizable layers, I can use a shorter pillow and my neck is aligned straight with my spine.
