My dining room does not have windows and so does not receive much daylight. I decided to install a mirror to reflect light coming in from the living room. This mirror is affordable and also looks very high-end. It is light enough that I was able to hang it up by myself. I just nailed in two steel professional picture hanger hooks rated for 30 lbs each.. more than enough for the mirror. The hooks cost just a few dollars at my local hardware store, required only a hammer and make minimal footprint on my wall. The longest task was in leveling, measuring and marking the spots where the hooks would need to be nailed in. But that is actually a simple task. The mirror came packaged without issues unlike the Martin Svensson mirror that I first bought. The latter was delivered broken twice before I decided to buy this mirror. ... show more

Unlike the extremely similar Martin Svensson Home Mirror https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07F4JRWL2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 that I unsuccessfully attempted to buy TWICE but couldn't get one delivered unbroken, this mirror arrived undamaged and is absolutely adorable. This mirror is essentially double boxed and well padded to prevent damage; additionally, a beveled mirror is going to be inherently stronger by design than a flat mirror ever can be which could also play a part in it arriving undamaged. The antique gold color is spot on to what its expected to look like, and I detect none of the pain orders that others purchasing this mirror have observed. This mirror truly is what I expected it to be and having the intricate beveling does justify the added cost, it is the perfect final touch to my gold/white guest bedroom! ... show more

Seriously so disappointed and sad with this mirror. I was beyond excited when I found it and couldn't wait for it to get here. Opened the package, it was beautiful and perfect and I loved everything about it. Then I turn it over and see the Prop 65 warning label. Instantly devastated and knew it had to go back. This was for my daughter's nursery and there's no way anything with a Prop 65 warning is going in there. I looked all over the item description on Amazon and couldn't find the warning anywhere. I thought this product was priced high, but I was very happy to see how well it was made. Sturdy, good hanging hooks, and the mirror glass is beveled at the edge before the frame. I only gave it 4 stars for value because different colors have huge price differences! I think that is going too far.
