The stool is easy to assemble and seems sturdy - but hard and a bit uncomfortable. The stool area is tiny, (child size?) and feels as if it has no padding at all. It was cheap - so it looks like I got what I paid for! However, the seller makes returning it super difficult (and expensive because you have to pay current UPS retail shipping costs) - so it may not be worth the risk of discovering the stool too small and uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time. You are pretty much stuck with it. But if you want a low cost, well-constructed stool that feels a bit hard, this could be a good fit for you. Me personally... This stool has made such a difference in my workspace. It’s easy to assemble and super simple to adjust to the right height, whether I’m using it for beauty work, massage, or crafts. I purchased the stool with a very teeny tiny low back for sewing at a temporary table on a sewing machine. It does serve its purpose for that. It will be out and seen by company now and again and I would have liked to have it been pristine but it was not to be. The pictures in the advertisement look great and it is lovely white with shiny chrome finish and everything is pretty. But upon receipt the areas where the legs for the wheels meet have a type of solder done to hold the legs together and it is the worst solder job I have ever seen! This looks like someone in high school shop just starting for the first time. This is why they provide the decorative cap they tell you to install. Now that might help hide it if the cap work pretty but the cap is plastic and it has been finished with a chrome like finish / paint. This finish is marred and scratched down to Black which is like it's base coat I'm assuming all around the edges. So not exactly very pretty either. The seat covering is a type of plastic or I suppose whatever one is now calling vegan leather. Sorry people plastic is plastic! And that is fine because this is not something that I'm going to have guests sitting on but the underside does not have the edges finished off in any matter whatsoever and shows the cut raw edges of both the plastic seat covering as well as the Thin black fabric of sorts which covers the underside of the stool. And this being fabric indeed should have been finished with some kind of sewn edge or at least it should have had a heat Edge to melt the open edges shut. The the stool is deserving of three stars which is an average rating for an average product. If you are buying this product for display in a shop where you are going to be doing microdermabrasion which is how the manufacturer advertises it, then spend the extra money and go to a store Supply or they provide First Rate fixtures for you and your clients. That is unless you get an extremely attractive price on this and it is just a price you can't pass up no matter what. I am not overly critical but in an era of rising inflation and less disposable income for frivolous purchases, then the product needs to be made worth it to me to spend that disposable income of mine for your product. Otherwise I'm going to be saving my money for other purchases until the economy rights itself. ... show more
