  • Durable and Reliable.
if your looking fo heavier weights that are really easy to adjust to any workout that you do in your home gym. These are the dumbbells that I trust to use. They don't take a lot of the time as it takes to adjust your weights for any workout. So it's a pretty good product.

  • Excellent, compact dumbbell set for home is easy and safe. Excellent, compact dumbbell set for home is easy and safe.
I was looking for a set of dumbbells that wouldn't take up so much room in my small apartment. It also had to be easy to use, and have a good number of weight options. I found this set that solved everything. It is pricey, but if you had to purchase (and store) each iteration of incremental weights, you could spend close to this much and your apartment would look like a gym. The large box arrived, about 105lbs. Each set of weights is wrapped and very well packed in thick styrofoam. I was able to lift each 52.5lb section from the box, but 2 people would be best if your back isn't in great shape. Once you unpack them and cut the zip ties keeping the dumbbells from rolling off the bases if you accidentally tip them, they are ready to go. Simply rotate the handle on each set to the desired weight and the appropriate weights are locked in to the bar, 5lb to 52.5lbs (including 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15, 17.5, 20, 22.5, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50lbs.) Lift the handle and you are ready to work out. Place the dumbbells back on the base and you are done. The weights can only be added or removed from the bar when it is placed in the base. The weights cannot fall off of the handle while in use. I love this! Each dumbbell set is about 17" long by 8" wide. Even if you are using the 5lb weights, the entire bar length is included. Keep that in mind for the way that you workout. I still have some regular light dumbbells that can be better suited to certain workouts, but overall I am using this set a lot. The handles are comfortable to hold. I found a rolling dolly that can accommodate up to 200lbs that I keep both bases on. It fits in the floor of my closet and rolls out of sight when I'm not using it. I can finally do some heavier lifting at home, and am thrilled with the ease and safety of using this product. The handle and the weights are made of plastic with a rubberized coating. I haven't come across a single negative issue, these are a joy to use. ... show more

  • Smooth dial and very sturdy Smooth dial and very sturdy
I finally pulled the trigger on these adjustable dumbbells for my garage gym, and my only regret is not doing it sooner. I was tired of having 10 different pairs of dumbbells taking up all my floor space. The dial system is surprisingly smooth. You just set the dumbbell in the tray, turn the dials on both ends to your desired weight (from 5 lbs up to 52.5 lbs), and pull it out. It clicks firmly into place, so you know exactly when it’s locked. I can switch from heavy chest presses to lighter lateral raises in about 10 seconds. I was worried about the plates rattling or, worse, falling out during overhead presses. Thankfully, the locking mechanism feels very secure. There is a tiny bit of clinking because they are adjustable plates, but it’s minimal and doesn't affect the balance. The handles have a nice textured grip that doesn't slip even when my hands get sweaty. This is the biggest win. These two dumbbells literally replace 15 sets of weights. If you are working out in a small apartment or a crowded garage, these are a must have. The trays they sit in are also fairly compact and keep everything organized. The only minor drawback is because of the design, the dumbbells are quite long even at the 5 lb setting. It takes a little getting used to for exercises like bicep curls where you might bump your legs. For home fitness enthusiasts, these are a game changer. They feel high quality, look professional, and make circuit training much faster. Just treat them with a bit of care, and they should last years. ... show more

  • Modular dumbbell weights that are easy to adjust and organized very well. Modular dumbbell weights that are easy to adjust and organized very well.
I really like how easy it is to adjust the weight on each bar. You only have to twist the handle to choose the weight you want. Each time you adjust the weight, the locking mechanism in the handle switches to the correct weight plates. The weights range from 5 lbs to 52.5 lbs. As you can see from the video I've included that is really quick to adjust how much you want to use. Each plate is locked into place so you won't have to worry about them sliding along the bar. There is also an audible click when the notches set in place when you adjust the weight. I think that is very good so you know that it has sunk into place and will be locked before using them for curls. The base they sit on is sturdy and doesn't feel like it will break or crack over time from the constant pressure of the weights. There is an arch on each side of the base to help you pick it up from the floor to move the whole thing. The only thing I can say I would have liked more on the base is for it to have a rubber sleeve or grip on the arch for better grip and support for your fingers while moving it. I don't see much need to constantly be moving it, so that is not something that would stop me from buying this weight set. I prefer organization and leaving dumbbells sitting around can lead to stupid stuff like tripping over them and expiring due to misadventure. I will get a lot of use out of these, so I appreciate that I can sink them back into the base and slide the whole set under the weight bench. Overall, I'm very happy with these and I recommend them for anybody looking for a good weight set. ... show more

  • Working mostly fine so far, but needs more time to prove itself
My choice of three stars is a little complicated - basically, I took one star off because of the bad pricing practices where they boost the price artificially just to pretend to offer it on sale and for costing more than I think they should. I took another star off because, though they've been fine so far, this is the sort of thing that really needs time to earn that last star, if it's able to at all, as it takes using these regularly for a while to be sure they aren't hazards that drop weight plates, which is a recurring point of failure with adjustable dumbbell sets like this. For pricing, there's at least one identical set (pretty sure it's identical anyway) that's wearing a different branding badge that sells for $260. But, compared with the more established brands, while I still think $260 is more than these sets should cost, even the premium ones, this set does at least offer significant savings. Though, to be fair, 3-4 sets of fixed weight dumbbells to cover what I would want from the same sort of range wouldn't cost that much more, and could even cost less, than this set (eg. 3 pairs at 10#, 25, 50 would be around $250). But, that's as a single person who doesn't need to share the set with anyone. If I was sharing it and we both needed different weights the math works out much more in favor of adjustable sets like this one. As part of the withholding the final star, I'm basing that on the fact that even some of the premium brands have struggled with getting adjustable dumbbells right and have had to do recalls. This brand doesn't seem like one that's going to be around all that long to hold them accountable if there's a problem, so the only way, to me, these can earn that extra star is to prove over time that they aren't going to fail for at least a good, long while. They're mechanical, so I'm sure they could need some maintenance from time to time, like cleaning and re-lubing the lock mechanisms, but how often they'll need that and whether that will be enough to keep them in usable condition is a real consideration. An advantage of the fixed weight sets is that there's nothing to break on them. Having had this set only a few days, initial impressions are mostly OK. But, a point of concern is that the secondary lock isn't engaging right away when lifting the dumbbells off the base. It seems to just be taking its sweet time sliding into position and I really only noticed because it's been quiet enough in the space that I could hear the clicks finally happening a few seconds after lifting off the bases. I've done a range of exercises, including some where the plates could fall off and do some damage if the locking mechanisms failed, and it's been fine, but I don't know how it would have gone if I'd done those movements immediately after picking them up off the bases. It could also get either better or worse with time. For my living situation, while I would prefer fixed weight rather than adjustable dumbbells, these adjustable dumbbells take up less storage space, so that was one of the deciding factors for me. A downside of most, if not all, adjustable weight dumbbells is their bulk. I'm mostly finding it manageable, but I don't love the extra bulk during the exercises. Some alternative holds are more difficult with adjustable sets like this too. Maybe not a dealbreaker, but it's at least a consideration. For me, at least for now, it's manageable. The twist grip is very easy and fast to use to get the weight dialed in and, apart from the potential risk factor, I greatly prefer it to the old-fashioned adjustable dumbbells where you manually mount and unmount each plate individually and even solidly prefer it over the adjustable dumbbells that you have to rotate the dial at each end. The way this is set up, I can just set each one back in the stand and, without even taking my hands off each one, I can quickly change the weight and move to the next exercise. It's only slightly more of a hassle than swapping between fixed weights and great for when I'm just trying to bang out a rapid-fire routine. Honestly, if I had had to pay full price, or even the "discount" price of $260, I wouldn't have ordered this set. From an established brand with a greater chance of resolution if there's a problem, at this price point, OK. If it wasn't for the space savings, especially for the cost washing out and because I don't need to share with anyone, I would likely go with fixed weight dumbbells. But, I can see where, for some people, a set like this would be the better choice - half-ish the price of the established brands and a set that could be shared between a lot of people of varied strength levels. ... show more

  • Adjustable dumbbells are amazing. The design of these however needs to be better Adjustable dumbbells are amazing. The design of these however needs to be better
Update 5/21/26 Even with being extremely careful I'm already having a plate on one of the dumbbells fall off. luckily it was while I was doing lateral raises and not something with the dumbbells over my face or head. The plate that fell off is the 1.25lb one furthest from the handle (picture 3). It's not a plate I used often because I typically do 5lb. jumps. After only a few weeks of use I'm left with one broken dumbbell and too afraid to do certain important exercises now for fear of my safety. Fortunately I did not have to pay much for these (Amazon Vine reviewers pay income tax on the retail value of items received) because otherwise I'd be out a good chunk of money. I knew the flaws of the design when I received the dumbbells so I'm not shocked that this happened but I am definitely pretty bummed out. Original Review: I was really excited to try out these adjustable dumbbells. Currently I use the threaded adjustable dumbbell handles that you load 1" plates onto. These are great but the loading and unloading is such a hassle and a waste of my rest periods between sets. Having these adjustable dumbbells which change weights with just a turn of the handle is such a quality of life improvement. I can't even stress that enough. My workouts are sooo much smoother and overall more enjoyable not having to change weights like I used to. I'm completely sold on adjustable dumbbells now. As I said, changing weights is as easy as returning the dumbbell to it's base and twisting the handle. This is buttery smooth to do. The weight also goes from 5-52.5lbs. and many of the lighter weights go up in 2.5 lb increments which is really nice since 5 lb jumps on things like lateral raises are a lot. You can hear the weight click into place when changing weights. I like to give the dumbbell a little shake while it's just slightly off its base just to make sure everything is seated nicely. I sometime here a little click when doing this. I've only used these twice so far but so far they haven't given me any issues other than a suggestion that the grip of the handles is not very good. It's basically a plastic grip. Knurled metal or rubber would have been a better option but I suppose you can just add some grip tape to yours if you desire. Now for the bad. When using these I noticed what I will consider a fatal flaw with this design. Refer to image #3 of my photos. See the internal locking discs. Those are made of plastic and are subject to break from normal use. Also, if you apply any radial force to the dumbbell, they will break. Radial force being a force acting parallel to the dumbbell such as figure 3. The dumbbell is resting vertically on my thigh as it would be for any dumbbell press or fly you would set up for. Notice how the weight plate is on my thigh and the load is pressing the edge of the weight plate up. These plastic internal discs are NOT designed for ANY load at an angle. This includes even putting the dumbbells down at any angle other than a perfect 90 degrees to the floor. Once these plastic pieces break, the entire unit is no longer useable. Replacement parts are non existent for this. This dumbbell is clearly a copycat of the big name brand ones that have been around for many years. I verified this looking over the design and internals of each and that brand name one just had a recall on all of their units last year (2025) because of these plastic tabs breaking and weight plates falling out while in use, sometimes causing serious injury. Now of course this is a different brand but it was the design (internal components) that was the problem. In the end, I'm still keeping these adjustable dumbbells because they make a serious improvement to my workouts and I just can't pass that up. I do however have it in my mind to never ever place a radial load onto the weights, never ever drop the dumbbells, never ever place them on the ground without placing them perfectly straight down. Ironically the name brand version explicitly tells you not to do these thing in their users manual. This products manual is bare bones (one sheet) and makes no mention of this. TLDR; serious quality of life improvement. Buttery smooth weight changes. Have to be RIDICULOUSLY careful not to break the dumbbells due to plastic internals. ... show more

  • Game-Changer for Home Workouts!
I genuinely think the Adjustable Dumbbells Set of 2 (52.5 lbs. pair, 15-in-1) represents the next generation of home gym equipment. What stands out immediately is the on-the-fly weight switching design. With a simple twist or selector adjustment, you can move between weights in seconds, no more pausing your workout to swap plates or fumble with collars. That’s not just convenient, it completely changes how you train. Supersets, drop sets, and progressive overload become seamless. The 15-in-1 system is incredibly efficient. Instead of cluttering your space with an entire rack, this single set replaces multiple dumbbells ranging from light to heavy. For anyone working out at home, especially in limited space, that’s a huge win. Build quality feels solid, and the grip is comfortable and secure, even during longer sessions. The adjustment mechanism also feels surprisingly intuitive, there is no learning curve, just pick it up and go. Why this feels “next gen”: Instant weight changes = more fluid workouts Space-saving design without sacrificing range Beginner to advanced progression in one system Encourages consistency because it’s just so easy to use Bottom line: If you’re serious about home strength training, this isn’t just a convenience upgrade, it’s a workflow upgrade. Once you get used to switching weights this fast, traditional dumbbells feel outdated. ... show more
