I usually have bought my dog food at Tractor Supply. This is the brand I have always used because my Great Dane is pretty picky and well, she likes the brand, and it doesn’t make her sick. I usually get the green bag. (Sorry I don’t know what it’s called - we go by color - LOL). Anyhow, somedays my Dane has been slower to eat than others. They were out of our Dog Food at tractor supply, so I jumped on Amazon and found the same brand ….. but this color (again — sorry color is just the easy way for me to keep up with it) ……. Anyhow, She loves it…… and gobbles it up. She has a temperamental stomach, and this doesn’t bother her at all. Me and my Dane both recommend it. The price is nearly the same as it is a tractor supply ….. yet arrives at my front door. SWEET! ... show more

Purina ONE is what I have used for 30 years but they changed something or took out probiotics and it left my dogs soon gassy so I switched. So far it has been working okay for them.

This is a great brand. In my previous research, I found a resource that detailed how nutritious it is for dogs. That made me want to look into this version of the brand to meet my dogs needs now. He began to eat this food even though another bowl of his other food was available right next to it. My only issue was that the package arrived torn which made me request another. Because it was a li by we ship time, I ended up buying a bag from chewy. That one also arrived torn. That made me feel better that the food wasn’t sitting in the warehouse becoming stale but rather perhaps the packaging can’t handle shipping? Hope they resolve that issue, but overall a great brand and my dog loves the taste. ... show more

I really love the ingredients in diamond naturals products. I always spend way too long researching food options for my dogs, and diamond always comes out on top for the ingredients and friendly price tag. However, I've never had a dog get excited for this food. I bought this for Red, who had her first bag of diamond naturals when she was about 8 months old. She initially went on hunger strike but tolerated it mixed into "junk food" (i.e. Purina one). Fast forward to being 8 years old and I really wanted to focus on her health again so I switched her back to diamond and she eats it but not enthusiastically. We welcomed a new puppy recently and I bought him baby blue then switched due to concerns about pea protein. Same thing, he eats it but only grazes (he has the small puppy diamond naturals food). Sadly I guess once these bags are done we will give up. Not sure what they know that I don't but I really liked the ingredients of this food and my dogs never do. ... show more
