I brought my Dad home from the nursing home. Due to orthopedic issues, he needs a comfortable adjustable bed. Gentle memory foam top feels soft while laying. The supportive matress underneath allows him to move around and sit on the edge without squishing it down to far. He loves it. I highly recommend this bed at this price point. Its very comfortable. The presets on the remote are a nice convenience. Set up is simple. I sometimes steal nap in it because its so comfortable!

The mattress came first and the bed frame came two days later. I like the bed really well. It feels firm at first. I put my mattress pad on it and it feels better. We thought that only the mattress were what we were getting. So I called to let them know that’s all we got. 3-4 hours later the frames showed up. The order got split up on 2 different delivery trucks. When I tell you it was worth the fuss, OMG. This bed is so comfortable and was so easy to put up. All we had to do is let the mattresses form, put the legs on the frames and it was all done. We slept in our guest bedroom for 2 nights to give the mattresses time to form, and when I tell you it is worth the money we paid for them. We ordered the split king, with the 14” mattresses. Received the base of the bed, but the mattress never came. Instead sent huge box with chair. No response from 3 attempts to contact. Had to buy another mattress since bought to replace hospital bed for mom that is ill. Very bed service.
