I have been troubled by low back paid for almost 20 years. I visited two surgeons, who after a thorough evaluation, stated they didn't think they could offer me a procedure that would benefit me. I had a couple epidural injections with minor transient benefit. Then came a few radiofrequency ablation procedures of the nerves down there. The first one was great but only lasted about 6 months. The next 2 were less beneficial and lasted for shorter periods. This brace fit great and is easy to adjust. Once adjusted properly, it is fantastic. It really helps reduce my low back pain and increase my functional capacity. It is built well and should last a long time.

Great back support. I ordered x L at 140-145 lb.s and 5'3", and it fits just right. It's a bit convoluted to velcro together, but attaches well. It does give me nice back pain relief. It comes with an extra nice back pad, so a person can put the pad up or lower for overall back pressure.
