To start, the customer service has been way above and beyond. I first received contact from the company 1 to 2 days after I ordered the bike. They wanted to make sure that the bike was right for me. They verified the height and weight of the rider so it was a good fit. Ya, they wanted to make sure that the bike and the rider fit well. I then received updates on the shipping and when to expect the bike. When the bike came it was so easy to put together it took about 1/2 hr to have fully ready to ride except the charge. The only issue in the assembly that I had was the connection on the front (drive) wheel to power. There are arrows that line up for this connection but they are very hard to see (for me anyway) and the connect will plug in multiple directions. I did contact the company but took another look before they could reply and notice that it was not connected right. As soon as I lined up the arrows the bike was up and running. Now for the bike. This is some of the best craftmanship on a bike I have seen in years. It is very sturdy, a little heavy but expected with the sturdy build. It runs like a dream, has great power, very easy to peddle and power assist is outstanding. I live in hilly areas and it goes up the hill like they were not even there. So far I have not ran the battery down but I do follow their instructions to top it up when ever you can. I would recommend this bike to anyone and specially those with a handicap and need 3 wheels or more. It's fun to ride with straight power but better to help get exercise and multiple levels. Seller contacted me prior to shipping to ensure the bike would be suitable. Updates were provided during shipping process. Any questions I had regarding delivery were answere promptly and bike was delivered on time. Packaged very well with thorough instructions. We were able to start riding within hour of delivery. This bike exceeds expectations. Power, speed, sturdy frame as advertised. Programmable to suit rider. My father is 77 yeats old and has not been on a bike in 20 years. I was able to easily reduce top speed until he was comfortable operating the tricycle. This. has plenty of speed and power for anybody seeking an adrenalin rush. I received the bike. It was in perfect working order. Then I discovered it didn’t have hydraulic brakes. I cried my freaking eyes out. How is an old woman supposed to stop this thing? I buy a bike thinking it’s for seniors and now I’m having to take it to a bike shop to have a front hydraulic brake put on, so it’ll stop safely. Otherwise, the machine is OK. I’m gonna give it one star because of the brakes and it being a senior bike. No Senior can stop this thing. ... show more

Let me start by saying that I was waiting to leave a review until I needed to charge the battery. I bought the unit on 3/2/2023 and I have already put 40+ miles so far (all using PAS1 except for a little throttle) and the battery is only down 25%. I ride everyday (weather permitting) and this is a blast to drive. I bought the unit from Amazon on Thursday 3/2/2023. I received an email the first thing in the morning asking me to verify the riders height etc, to make sure that this was the right model for me. Friday afternoon I was contacted by the shipping company and delivery was scheduled for the following Monday between 2-10 pm and the delivery was right within that window. The bike was packaged well and I saw no shipping damage. The driver unloaded the pallet in the street and told me that the company charges $50.00 just to move the pallet onto the sidewalk and he refused to take the pallet with him. I personally do not have any way to dispose of a pallet as I'm sure most people wouldn't. I'm not blaming AddMotor for this, more of a "what to expect" for new buyers. Now we get down to the good part. Unboxing the unit was very straight forward and was easily completed by me (I'm 55 and disabled). I like the video instruction for the assembly process. It was easy to follow and pause when needed. I spent about an hour and a half slowly putting it together without any hiccups. My first ride was spectacular. I got a feel for it really quickly and spent some time on cornering. After just a few minutes I was out and riding through the neighborhood like a giddy school kid. I am handicapped and this is my sole form of transportation and I have no worries about setting out for a ride across town. The baskets and rear bag are perfect for carrying groceries ect and easy to use. The pro's for this unit are many and I've only found a few things that I would prefer. The electronics are very straightforward and easy to use. The safety features such as the lights and mirrors are very visible and provide a nice sense security in the evening hours. Con: The seat is extremely uncomfortable. Even with the back rest, I am sore after every ride. It's not enough to stop me from riding, but I went out first thing to get a new seat. Now to the other part of my con. I bought a really nice saddle for my bike only to find out that they use a special mount that is not available for an aftermarket seat. More seat options would be nice especially for riders who plan on using it for long rides. I would recommend this trike for anyone who needs some sort of mobility solutions. The dog has adapted quite well to it. Bought it to exercise my large dog. Unable to walk him any distance due to health issues. Seems very happy with his exercise experience. Has plenty of power and is a lot of fun to ride/drive. Delivered as advertised. My only complaint is the difficulty I had trying to talk to a live sales rep. I must state this first, they need to reach out to you before they ship, so look out for a message from them here in your account notifications. Their communication is 100% great, after receiving the bike it was easy to put together, my brother and I who are both all thumbs did so within a few hours. to turn the bike on you must press the button on the battery and then press the power button. This is a great looking and fast bike, nice and rugged. They will walk you through the steps to bring the speed down if need be.
