  • Great Stethoscope and Great Value
Color: Black
This is a great stethoscope. As an ER nurse and FNP student I was really wanting to get some kind of cardiology stethoscope, and then I found the ADC convertible one. I have always used ADC as they are just as good, if not better, than Littmann. This thing can pick up such great sound, and the fact that your one stethoscope can work with pedi correctly and adults is great. I recommend this for students and seasons nurses/providers/physicians. All those at work that have used it have nothing but good things to say about it. I was skeptical when I purchased a $60.00 stethoscope due to Littmann being so expensive, but it worked out for me! Here are the pro's and con's as I see it. Pros: Convertible (pedi and adult bell), high quality materials, very sturdy, nice length - especially for guys and those who have broad shoulders. Great product. Great price, you can't beat it. Dual lumen tubing on the inside. Multiple frequency via the adult side. Cons: Although it isn't a huge problem, it is quite heavy. The convertible comes with it's down sides as you have to unscrew the pedi portion and screw on the cardiology bell. This is a great product and I truly recommend this for those who work with children and adults. ADC is a great and reliable brand and some of their products are better in my opinion, I do know they tend to last longer in my experience. ... show more

  • Great EMS stethoscope
Color: Black
26/2025 I have been using this for a while and I have had no problems. It a good stethoscope for the price and I would recommend it. Especially if you’re in EMS and the lifelong warranty can go a long way if damaged. 03/2026 I still stand by this stethoscope. It has served a lot of calls. I ordered a new one as my last one someone took. And I’m actually sad about it. The life time warranty is nice as the scopes get beaten up on some of the calls we run. Great before / good sound quality before it was stolen but there was some damage I was waiting to warranty. Would recommend if you passed your precepting and are looking for a stethoscope to treat yourself or you have bad hearing and don’t want to pay 200-400 on one of the amplifier once’s that will be stolen. ... show more

  • Littman Cardio = ADSCOPE Convertible Cardiology
Color: Black
If you are considering an alternative to the 3M Littmann Cardiology III Stethoscope (Multiple Sizes/Colors), the ADSCOPE Convertible Cardiology is great alternative. I am Physician Assistant Student who owns an ADSCOPE and have compared it side by side with the Littmann Cardio III. They are both top of the line, and there is no audible difference; my fellow owners of the Littmann concur. There ARE differences between lower quality stethoscopes (i.e. Littmann classic - classmate is upgrading to this or the Littmann Cardio III; mostly due to thinner tubing = poor audio conduction). There are differences due to the construction. Because this is a convertible, the height of the chest-piece between the diaphragm and the edge of the bell is longer than the Littmann, and it is slightly heavier. The width of the diaphragm and bell is the same. They both have dual frequency diaphragms, thick, Bi-lumen tubing (this is where you get quality sound conduction) Note, because ear tips are interchangeable, they may come unscrewed. I used removable Henkel 01-24200 Loctite 6-ml Threadlocker 242. No problems. Summary comparison to 3M Littmann Cardiology III Stethoscope (Multiple Sizes/Colors): AUDIO QUALITY: Identical Tubing length/width: Identical Earbuds: Identical - plus comes with alternate tips (see pictures) Chestpiece: A little heavier, same width, higher height due to cardiology component Another aside, I have pulmonary stenosis, and I have spent quite a bit of time listening to it with various stethoscopes. • Great stethoscope
Color: Iridescent Metallic Caribbean
I am an FNP graduate student. I have been an RN for 9+ years. I have always used an ADC stethoscope. They have a lifetime warranty on all parts. I've only had to use the warranty one time for my oldest stethoscope's earbuds which needed to be replaced. This is the best of all the stethoscopes from ADC that I have tried. It is heavy but compared to the "lite" version the cardiology stethoscope has FAR better sound. This one has the best sound of all my stethoscopes. I don't mind the heaviness for that sake alone. I also love that it comes with an exchangeable pediatric bell. The color and the quality are superb. I love this company. ... show more

  • Iridescent Caribbean Not as Seen in Photos
Color: Iridescent Metallic Caribbean
I just received this stethoscope in the mail and the sound seems really good (we’ll see how it does in noisy environments). It feels like it’s good quality and is a little on the heavy side, which I’m fine with as I need something that will be durable. I also think it has a good length. My only issue is the color; it’s still a beautiful color, but it’s definitely darker in person than advertised. I got the Iridescent Caribbean color, thinking that it looks like a mint/light teal color in the pictures. But in real life, it’s a dark teal/blue and almost has a greenish tint to it. I’m a little disappointed because this isn’t even close to the color that’s advertised, which is why I took a star off. If you’re not worried about the color, I think this stethoscope is worth buying (at least so far). ... show more
