This came in two boxes - I wish I knew that before yelling at Amazon when only half was delivered (second box arrived next day). Simple to put together, but you need two people. My 10 year old son and I got it together in 2 hours. The net screws loosened after a month, check and retighten if necessary. Wind picked it up and flipped it - no damage. Trampoline was easy to put together 4 of us did it in no time. However net is definitely too small. It's impossible to zipper or connect. Trampoline is beautiful kiddos were ready to jump, but couldn't because net can't zip and it doesn't reach the bottom.

I finally got my 14 Ft trampoline set up last week, my kids are so happy about it. It is very big and every component seems to be made of high quality material. I think it is great for kids, teenagers and even adults. Amazing bounce and really fun. It is heavy duty, so for the installation, I recommend at least 2 persons to work on it, but it is really not complicated if you follow the instructions. I am so glad I got this one! I tried to contact the seller through the message system but no reply. The picture shows how I can't move forward in building my daughter's trampoline. The purple plastic that goes around it seems to be too short for my 15 ft trampoline. I will appreciate if you can send the correct size to my home.

Good: Trampoline seems enjoyable. That’s the most important thing. Bad: Some poles came with dents but did not affect assembly. Instruction manual is extremely confusing and incomplete. It took me (plus occasional help from another person) two weekends to complete it, basically due to frustration from lack of proper instructions. Still haven’t finished the basketball hoop part but at least the hard part is done. Overall, the product is good but it doesn’t deserve this sloppy manual. ... show more
