I order the large first and it fit me like a lamp shade on the torso, but the arms were a perfect length. Next I tried the medium and the torso was still loose-ish, but ok to add a sweater, however the arms were too short. (I'm 6'1", 170 lbs). The cut on this jacket would fit someone with a large belly and/or short arms. I've only gotten to wear it one time in the cold weather but I was impressed with the quality of the Jacket and how warm it was without being bulky. The waterproof feature and hood were nice to have also. It was different for me as the zipper pull was on the opposite side from what I am used to. Maybe a non-USA standard. I can get used to that change. If I had to make one change or addition to this Jacket, I would make the zipper zip open from the bottom also. I have had that feature in the past and it is nice. That allows for you to ride in a vehicle with the Jacket zipped up but unzipping from the bottom allows a little more comfort when you are seated. Not a deal breaker but would be a nice feature to have added in the future.

Bought this as part of the pants and coat set. The coat is much warmer than I expected! I took it out today as the smoke had subsided a bit and temperature are lower than average due to the smoke, and I was very surprised as to how warm it is! It was warm to a point that I was starting to sweat! This coat is definitely more suited for a colder night time in Fall or Winter! As I don't have anything in between a Canada Goose or a windbreaker (also from Acme Projects). This coat will definitely be able to fill the gap, and be my daily during the winter times. It's only been a few days since I got it, and hasn't rained hard enough to fully test it. But from some limited testing in the bathroom, I am quite confident that this is very waterproof, and would have no issues when it rains (or snow) during the winter time! Edit: Its been a couple months since I ordered this and I had been wearing it whenever I go out for my walks! Its definitely VERY warm on a windy chilly day (roughly 3 to 5 degree celsius), and on rainy days it has no issues keeping me dry!

This is not a really heavy winter coat,but seems like it would be warm enough for all but the coldest winter weather.You may want to go up a size. I am 5'9" 38 inch waist and needed an extra large.

I like everything about it except the arm length. I bought a size larger and yet about an inch or two from my wrist is exposed. I still rated 5 stars because everything else is good and my arm length might be longer than average. For reference, I'm 6ft 2in and 190lbs.
