I purchased five blinds, two the first order and three the second order. They all came earlier than expected and was very easy to hang. Let’s go back to ordering. The blinds are made to order. You get exactly the measurements you send. The color is perfect, turquoise. Programming them to the remote was also easy. I have all on individual channels then all on one channel. This will allow me to open one at a time or all at once. If you get stuck, do not get frustrated. I contacted the seller through Amazon because one of them kept rolling backwards and they immediately responded with the solution that worked. After hanging the ones that came with the second order, I noticed a loud squeaky noise when I opened and closed them. I contacted the seller again. They immediately responded with the solution and a video to show me what to do. It solved the problem and now I have five perfect remote blinds. I love them. I would highly recommend, I make no guarantees, purchasing them from this company if not for the great customer service alone. Quality product however one blind came with no cord and the other came with a hard wired 3’ cord. I had to make changes on both because each motor came configured differently.

Good blinds, even better customer service. If you have any questions contact the seller. They have fantastic customer service, almost as good as any item you would buy directly from Amazon.com. Shipping was crazy fast. Warranty issues are addressed and any item that needs a warranty repair or replacement is handled fast. I will purchase again. You should also. These blinds look just as nice as the big box stores at a fraction of the cost. We love the motorized blinds. We programmed 8 blinds to open or close with ONE remote control. Also great you can set the lower and upper limits on the blind. We like keeping the lower close up about 8" so our pets can see out anytime. ... show more

Update: the seller since contacted us after leaving the 1 star review. Kinda complicated since these were non refundable products. Anyways, they offered to send replacement motors and suggested cleaning the dirty blinds. Haven’t had time to replace the motors yet. Once we do and it all works, i will update the rating to reflect a working product. When they do work, like the one the came in proper condition, they work very nicely. Original review: We ordered 3 of these, 1 was perfect, 1 had a damaged charge port, and 1 came dirty and non operational. No way to return, so we are out $600 at the moment. ... show more
