Blinds broke within 3 years with maybe using them a couple times a month. Absolute scam of a product, I spent almost 300 dollars for blinds that operated maybe 90 times and now they wont operate anymore. Steer clear of this junk.

Good blinds, even better customer service. If you have any questions contact the seller. They have fantastic customer service, almost as good as any item you would buy directly from Amazon.com. Shipping was crazy fast. Warranty issues are addressed and any item that needs a warranty repair or replacement is handled fast. I will purchase again. You should also. These blinds look just as nice as the big box stores at a fraction of the cost. We love the motorized blinds. We programmed 8 blinds to open or close with ONE remote control. Also great you can set the lower and upper limits on the blind. We like keeping the lower close up about 8" so our pets can see out anytime. ... show more

Custom size was correct, shipping was fairly quick. We ordered the ‘pure white’ option to most closely match our room decor but when they were installed it seemed to block almost none of the outside light. Contacted seller and they quickly sent the “blackout white” blind fabric which could be switched out without having to return the entire item.
