Shipping was about 3 weeks. Came in 6 separate boxes, very easy to put together. The cushion above the console section is inside a storage zipper on the back of the console. Make sure to remove it BEFORE assembling the couch, to save yourself some hassle. I absolutely enjoy this couch. With that said there are some hiccups that buyer should be aware of when purchasing. Note that the power recliners are only at the edges of each side of the couch and cannot be swapped. All other components can be swapped out but it may also require a drilling the hinges to create the correct male female connection needed to properly reconnect the couch. Strongly recommend to people to help with assembly and to have a drill available just in case you want to swap things around from the view scene in the pictures here. Due to the shape of my living room I had to change the layout of the sectional which required me to take off the hinges and reassemble them back to have it properly fit. About five months in to owning the couch power went out to one of the sectionals. As I inspected the chair I found that the sectional and where the wire connects for power rubbing against each other every time it laid back and then back to a chair again. This ultimately ripped the power cord completely and severed it. Not everyone is technically savvy but I was able to reconnect the power and now it’s working properly fine. I was also able to redirect the power so that break will not happen again . I don’t believe that this should’ve ever been an issue and that if it was properly made with that in mind that the power and the friction should never of been in contact to begin with. Overall I got a really good deal on this couch because it was on sale at the time I bought it and it is still a great value for what I get compared to the market today . ... show more

The couch was beautiful, the cushions were really thick and comfortable. Some of the parts were a little misaligned that made it a little difficult to assemble but nothing that delayed assembling it by much however the couch was made a little cheap for the price. The reason for the one star review was they delivered the couch and left so fast we didn't have any time to inspect the boxes or couches for any damage and for the right pieces the corner section of the couch arrived damaged so badly that it can't be used. They also sent two of the same left facing end pieces and when we contacted the manufacturer they made it clear they wouldn't help us at all that we needed to go through Amazon. Amazons lovely customer service after 3 hours of chatting with them and being rudely disconnected twice by a customer service representative was only offered to refund our money or they would give us a very small discount ($450) for keeping the broken couch and dropping the issue entirely, they were absolutely no help at trying to get an exchange for the broken and incorrect pieces or for the entire couch itself. Edit** upon trying to return the couch the drivers that came the first time to pick up the couch had a full truck and could not fit the couch and claimed that Amazon told them it was a sofa and was not a sectional and so they couldn't take it and we would have to reschedule, upon trying to reschedule we had to call and email the company several times and then was given a two day window on when they "might" show up and get it and when they did show up they tried to refuse to pick it up a second time. ... show more

First Internet-only furniture purchase! I was nervous what would show up on delivery day, but we are pleasantly surprised! Couch arrived early on a big truck, 6 boxes stacked on a pallet. My 17 year old son helped bring it inside and assemble it. Assembly was easy, intuitive. The directions said to install the backs of the sections first then connect the sides. I would switch those steps. I think it would be easier to connect it all first. The couch is firm, great stitching and quality leather. Our dogs instantly fell in love. Two power cords, one on each side. Not very long plugs, you'll need extension cords. Reclining is great, cup holders big enough, and storage console adequate. Love it so far!! ... show more

I absolutely love this sectional!! Be aware that it is very big! It fit my family room perfectly. It came exactly as scheduled and delivery was smooth. I paid the upgrade to have it delivered to my room of choice so I wouldn’t have to try bringing all the boxes in off the porch by myself. I had no issues with the unpacking the 6 boxes. This couch is amazing! Huge and comfy. However mine came with 2 councils.. and not the seat… idk if that was a mistake on the company or what happened …but it did end up working for my family to have the 2 councils and not the seat. Also, we only received one power bank instead of 2, one for each reclining seat. So we had to buy a “replacement” for $40 and that won’t be here for 2 weeks. So far it’s a decent couch tho. I haven’t had it long enough to see how it holds up, so we will see and I’ll re Wright if the leather isn’t durable, as of now it is. It’s early still however ... show more
