It arrived on time and I needed a power tool to attach the legs. I was concerned about the seat height being too low, but found there was no need to be concerned. The cushions are firm and the chair frame is sturdy, so there's not much give when you sit on it. One would think that would make the chair uncomfortable but it is way more comfortable than my other soft and plush loveseat. Looks great, very fancy. The tufting across the back begs to be put on display. I wish it came in other colors. Silver would be an amazing color to add as an option. ... show more

BEWARE **** So after having the couches for a month I was trying to be patient hoping they would get more comfortable and they didn’t!! I tried multiple different times to get someone in customer service to help with a return and I was met with being argued with and then plain ignored!!! Not happy!! I spent 3400+ and my family hates them!! Not ok!! Great to look at but awful to use ... show more

I wanted a smaller-sized sofa for my dining room. This one fits like a charm and adds a lot of flair and style to the room. The cushions are a bit firm, but they are fine for now, and I suspect they will soften over time. I like my loveseat but it had some spots on it when it arrived. Disappointed in that part because I've been waiting on my couch since December. It also didn't come with legs for the love seat🙁 paid too much for it to come to me with stains
