It gets a star for easy assembly, and 3 stars for great look and feel, as advertised. It gets minus 1 star because the seat cushion is a little high, making the armrests feel a little low. Chair is two & I had to replace the reclining mech. Of course it broke, it’s plastic! Super easy & a cheap repair, but the chair could definitely be more durable with a metal mechanism.

This item is listed as a light gray 2 tone velvet recliner with Black stitches. But what they send you is a dark gray with white stitches recliner. Nothing like what they advertise. Very deceptive advertising. I am extremely disappointed. Had tried purchasing this item from another seller. The same issue. They advertise one image but deliver something else. As i am 69 years old and ill it was difficult returning the previous recliner. Now i have received the same recliner and not sure if i can return it because of my illness. ... show more

Wow. Great chair. Padding on the back hits right in your middle back so your head is not thrown forward. Very firm foam. I thought the material would be softer, it's more like microfiber.
