We wanted one with storage space so our girls would have more room to move around in with less furniture taking up the space to play in. This one was perfect. Actually arrived a couple days early if I remember correctly. My husband put together in a matter of hours with no problems. There were 2 pieces of wood that were damaged upon arrival, but barely...The finish was knicked but it was the pieces that face the back side so we weren't upset about it. We were very excited about getting this cool looking bunk bed but it came out to be more then disappointing! It actually hurt my child! As we put it together I chose to ignore mismatched parts/numbers, broken hardware packaging and screws all over the over taped partially broken boxes...we continued to be positive and even little dents here and there were not that big of a deal for us...even the ugly chip on the picture (I figured we could fix it up)...but as soon as it was ready my child pulled out second from the bottom drawer to put her dolls in there and the sliding mechanism just cracked! And the whole drawer fell out on her feet! The wood is of a such a poor quality that it literally did not hold the weight of an empty drawer! For a thousand bucks I’d expect to get a decent bunk bed to say at least! This is just a dangerous garbage... ... show more

Me and my kids love it. Assembly took a little time but was fun, complete with instructions. It would help to have two people with tools assemble it. it was sturdy and just beautiful. Me and my kids just loved it. I was even able to lay down comfortably on the top bunk. The stairs is just perfect for my two year old who loved climbing up and down there safely with supervision. It is not high enough that my two year old could even stand on the top bunk with enough room from the ceiling. I could also sit up in the top bunk and not hit my head on the ceiling. Truly worth the money. No problems so far after two months. Very satisfied buyer. Would definitely recommend. ... show more

I am giving this a 2 because I really love the design. Otherwise, this came 2or 3 weeks late. Most of the boards are cheap and the wholes do not line up when putting together. I had this bed for a very short time and one of the drawers just broke while simply pulling it out. I contacted the seller and requested they send me just the two boards that broke and they denied stating its over the 30 day peroid (which is not due to receiving late). I think that kind of customer service is awful. I can see if it was a year or even 6months but this is ridiculous. It say alot about how they value customers. I will never purhcase from this seller again. 5/24/15 Update on bed. Multiple boards and drawers broken. My daughter does not jump around on this bed and so this is normal use. Almost all drawers broke and most of the boards... The boards that has hold the slates have broken. I wish I could turn back time and not buy this bed. Will be replacing as soon as possible. About $1000 wasted! ... show more

Great design, looks sharp. Difficult instructions and I got the wrong amounts of screws. Some parts -mostly the stuff you don't see- are cheap and have broken but I am going to fix myself. Overall it's pretty great and affordable so I'm happy with it.

The quality of the bed is not good... to start you need 4 tracking ID they only send one, two boxes came first and the other ones the next day, and this ones were open so I have to pick up the hardware from my porch.... the instructions are not that easy to follow, I love to ensemble things but you need to good instructions to follow.... the bed it self has a lot of scratches and dents, not buying it again ... show more

This product is amazing, my kida love it, it is sturdy, fits perfectly in their room. The color is perfect. The only issue I've had is two of the pieces were damaged, one was a minor piece and the other was a component to the tongue and groove attachments for the drawes. I requested replacement parts multiple times, and each time receiving the incorrect component. This is with suppling pictures pf the part along with the part number. In the end we received a credit for the damaged part and purchased it elsewhere. ... show more
