The product is carefully packed; mine came with at least 2 boxes before it reached the laptop. Acer tends to provide great care of their packaging, so the problem of a broken laptop on arrival is extremely rare. It is a monster when it comes to gaming. With 300hz monitor, I am satisfied as there is no tearing and fps spike. It is just a perfect choice especially for FPS games out there. However, there are two problems to be concerned about, which are the noises that it makes and the heat. Usually, while gaming, you would probably hear a lot of fan sounds, and it might affect your experience with friends, and yep, heat also comes along. After using this product for over a year now I have had little to no problems with it. An incredible gaming laptop that runs like dream. It lets you fully customize the color and motion of your keyboard. The sound is incredibly clear but not that loud but paired with a sound system makes for an incredible experience. The size and weight of it makes it easy to carry around also. The only down side of this laptop is it only has 500something gigabytes but its easy to buy a external side that being said the built in ssd does download games at incredible speeds. ... show more

This thin laptop is a beast and weighs near nothing. Yes it can get warm while gaming, thats kind of obvious not sure why people are complaining about that when its meant for gaming/thin/a laptop. 1. Powerful. It's capable of playing every game I throw at it with max settings with over 120fps without any OC. 2. It's a laptop so it's portable. 3. G-Sync is bae. 4. 300HZ is a bit ludicrous but still awesome. It's well worth it in my honest opinion.

I haven’t used this laptop for gaming for sometime as I have a PC setup. While overseas I decided to use this laptop and now keeps black screening when I play games such as Valorant and Division 2. Could have been a great laptop but the black screen errors are a pain in the ass. Buyers beware!!!’
