    • 3 repairs in 4 months
Did not purchase from Amazon, but I wanted to share my horrible experience. Purchased this gaming PC for my son to also use as a HW computer. This PC has been in repair and in transit more times that it has been in use. 1st repair: it would freeze, and not boot. Upon boot would just hear a long continuous beep. Sent it back. DIMMS were sent back in slots 1 & 2. PC returned with DIMMS in slot 3&4. Attempted to install Acer's own Predator DDR5 RAM into slots 1 & 2, PC would long beep again. Clearly there is a bad DIMM slot and the lazy Acer tech just moved the RAM instead of replacing the MB. 2nd repair: after catching what they did I sent it back for a second time. They replaced the MB as requested. PC boots with RAM in slots 1&2. Upon some usage and launching the Predator Sense software, it's telling me that Fan 2 (rear fan) is not spinning at all. Fan 2 is clearing lit up and matching all the RGB colors as the other 3 fans and i can feel a breeze behind the PC. I call Acer support, and they tell me I need to send it back AGAIN. 3rd repair: Just received my THIRD RMA shipping label. Let's see if these incompetent service people can get this resolved once and for all. Please hope that you don't get a lemon like I did. ... show more
