Bought the "Acer Nitro 60 N60-181-UR24" from Amazon. No issues until about a week later, when the computer would instantly blue screen multiple times after startup. Thought instead to contact Acer and not Amazon about the issue, and after a week of pleading for help, they finally allowed me to ship the PC to their repair center. Received an email a few days after the arrival that the brand new PC was somehow damaged, and would cost $800 to repair. I gave up and asked them to send it back. I did not inspect what they had done until I sold the PC to a retailer- they completely wiped my C: Drive without telling me to "fix" the issue I had. I was told on the same email about the damage that they were going to do nothing due to the "major damage" (there was a small crack in the case). I am very upset with how my situation was handled, and would advise buyers to avoid buying this product and Acer in general. I currently have an ASUS pre-built now, and am receiving better treatment and care from the company than I ever would have thought. ... show more

Update: Acer fixed the PC, and I assumed, it was the PSU. It took about two weeks to get my computer back but it runs well again and haven’t had any more issues. I guess I just got a lemon PSU, so I’m updating my star rating. Previous: Runs great, handles all games with ease. I really love this PC, however today it just turned off on its own and won’t turn back on. I tried all troubleshooting and as far as I can figure the PSU just died. Now I have to ship it to Acer and wait weeks to get it back. I just bought it 5 weeks ago too. ... show more

An air filter screen was located in a way that hid the power on button. Had a hard time figuring that out! Then it runs great for a month. Now it seems to crash every so often. The screen goes black and all the fans, which are normally very quiet, go full speed. You must power it off completely and reboot. Then it runs fine for a while. Worked great when it worked but it started crashing randomly at times and became more frequent. The PC would crash and the fans would boot up super loud until I hit the power switch in the back. Eventually happened so much that it was unusable.
