i've had this laptop since christmas of 2020, and its done everything i've needed it to, and more! it does come with windows 11, not 10, but that wasnt a problem. i play COD, GTA, minecraft, and a few other games (downloaded on an external storage drive) and everything runs smoothly, as well as using it for college. never gotten any upgrades or changed anything. still in perfect condition 4 years later and would highly recommend!! ... show more

As of writing, the product listing still says this computer comes with Windows 10. It does not, it comes with Windows 11, and reverting down to Windows 10 to make sure all of your applications work wreaks absolute havoc on the drivers. The tech specs on the computer aren't bad, but if you're looking for something with Windows 10 that will be up and running fast, then keep looking. ... show more
