This pc runs most games well at 100+ fps its a great entry level system its pretty big and may be a little bit difficult to travel with but overall it's a great but Edited review Everything ive said previously still holds today two things id like to add is to make sure you have some sort of cooling pad or stand for the laptop as it has fans on the bottom and needs a way for air to flow through the bottom. Another thing is you should probably get some type of expansion for the storage weather that be a new ssd or an external hard drive because it doesn’t take long to fill it up. Works perfect I don’t see any damages only thing I need to do is upgrade the storage to 1 or 2tb for personal reasons you don’t have to do an upgrade but if you would like more sssd you can but it runs games so pretty well even if it’s refurbished I don’t know about the battery life since I keep it on the charger keyboard quality is pretty great it’s really smooth it does get a little hot but not hot like it would burn your fingers ... show more

    • Died after six months and the seller did not reply.
Initially, I was really happy with this, but then it just unceremoniously died and cannot be revived. I called Amazon and they contacted the seller to get help, as it was still under warranty, and the seller never replied. Amazon now says it's gonna take four weeks to process a claim, so I am was without a computer. I am disabled and have an autoimmune disorder so I'm pretty much bound to the house and everything I do goes over computer, so this really sucked. In the end I just bought a new computer and I'm just hoping that my money will be returned, for this Dud. If not, I will be in a tight spot for a few months to come. Update Amazon had promised me to refund the money but then they decided otherwise. The seller lied to Amazon claiming they had sent return labels which they had not. Later on they started communicating and while they were very polite and apologetic they found every kind of way to make it impossible for me to return the laptop. I asked them for a simple schedule for pick up as I'm not able to leave the house and they are not going to do it. I am out of my money and everything went totally wrong. I'm going to be struggling with food security this month because what I was promised is not being honoured. As I had to buy myself a new laptop both Amazon and the seller behaved badly. It seems that the price has been drastically reduced as well at this point so I'm probably not the only one buyer beware. ... show more
