I really like that it’s dimensions were exactly as was stated. It is very nice looking and has the extra pockets that I wanted. I just received it so cannot tell how well it will stand up to wear and tear. The wheels are very good new and the zippers all work well.

No wonder they include the screw driver. You have to keep tightening the screw or they are very loose. I would not buy them again.

I don't understand the critical reviews on this bag - this is a FANTASTIC bag with so many places to organize things. I packed 5 days worth of clothing and makeup into this bag, plus 2 blow dryers and a couple of small gifts. I roll all my clothing military style to get rid of the air and to fit more. I use a small briefcase for my laptop so I use the small zipper places to put my notebooks and paperwork but my laptop fit quite well when I tried it out after it was packed. The best part about this bag are the rollers. I dislocated my shoulder a while back and pulling my old bag behind me really irritates it so I ordered this one. I can much more easily push this one and maneuver it so that there is no pressure on my shoulder at all. I also really like the locks for the zipper. It just assures that the zipper doesn't come open, I don't actually lock it, just secure the zippers to hold in place. The color descriptors were clear, all black or black with a white accent. I chose the one with the white accent just because it looks different than bags other people have. I often check a bag even of this size and the rollers did quite well. Perfect size for carry-on or just and extra bag to pack and check. SO glad I ordered this, exactly what I was looking for.

I want to start by saying I absolutely love this piece of luggage. It’s attractive, it’s sturdy and maneuverable, and I can fit a lot in it. I’m only 5 foot tall and I like that I can actually pick this up when it’s standing vertically. Sometimes the wheels on this type of bag are too big and I don’t have the arm length to pick it up. I found it easy to spin around in every direction on both carpet hardwood and vinyl floors. I really like the feature that allows you to clip in the zipper pulls to the main storage area for extra safety. I deducted a star for price. As much as I love it I think it’s a little expensive.

I like to travel light and carry on my luggage whenever possible. This super attractive and elegant piece of luggage is perfect for me. I was able to pack everything I needed for a week with ease, including my laptop. The front has three compartments to store boarding passes, reading material and a laptop. Inside, there’s a large main compartment as well as a waterproof bag. It even has a TSA-approved lock. The zippers are smooth and well-made and the wheels and extendable handle work well. It’s easy to push and maneuver around too. I think think the price point could be a little lower but I do expect that this durable piece of luggage will last. I’m pleased with the purchase.

I am very happy so far with this item. It looks great with the black and "gold". I used it this week for a two-day conference I attended. I was able to easily fit my things inside and the pouch to separate liquids from other items is very helpful. Most bags make that inner-pouch mesh, which means that if there's a spill all your stuff is compromised. There are lots of pockets to stuff your various items. In fact, I thought I had lot my laptop because I had placed it in a pocket I thought was too small on the front and kept searching in the larger pocket on the front. The wheels and handle seem to work well. I haven't put it through an airport test but will get the chance in a couple weeks. I'd be curious to see how well the "gold" holds up but I'm happy with it for now.
