I love the speed at which the laptop starts and ready to use. The new windows is taking some time to get used to. I'm very familiar with Windows 10. The task bar and search windows are different. I bought this laptop to replace one of the same brand that I had gotten 7 years ago. Unfortunately I was immediately disappointed. The quality and make of this item was something that I would have expected of something that was several hundred dollars cheaper than what this was priced at. The keyboard and track pad felt cheap and poorly made, but the worst was the screen quality. Everything looked cold, dull and muted. I tried messing with some settings but it just didn't seem to matter. This machine looks great on paper but once in hand it sorely fails. I would probably pass on this one unless you're getting one of the lower spec versions, it's got a good discount and you don't mind something of lower quality. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. First off, this is an Acer India laptop, not American -- not a great big deal as I don't live in America. However, I thought I was ordering a PREMIUM laptop (as per the product title) but it turned out to be an Acer LITE. I would NEVER have purchased a LITE laptop as I prefer to have sturdy, well-built laptops. This just feels like it will not last a very long time....the the keypads feels flimsy to me. On the positive side, it did come with all its parts and all specifications are as described (memory and RAM). Please READ the product info; don't just look at photos. Photos are stock photos (I thought I was getting 3# 3.0 USB jacks as pictured but its only 1# 3.0 jack and 2# 2.0....but it says so in the description which I missed. Overall, this is my LAST Acer product as my previous laptop also had issues (bought 7 years ago) so will be looking at a different brand in future. If I lived in the USA, I would have sent this laptop back but because I live in the Caribbean, returning is not an easy option so I am stuck with it. I mean, it does work and I needed it for work so at least its something. PS - the audio is as TERRIBLE as everyone describes! But I don't really listen to music so again I can live with it. ... show more
