This PC recieved few weeks before the time that told me. It work great, with no any problem. Battery life is good. Display is very good. Keyboard very good too. The PC fell very good quality (metal), and stay cold all the time. I recommend who think to buy this PC, amazing PC for his cost. Thanks!

Use this laptop everyday for work and I love it. Very fast and upgradable, I installed a larger 1TB SSD and 4 more GB of RAM. 5th ACER laptop I've owned and I've never been disappointed.

    • Battery will not charge or reset

When I opened the box and turned it on it was impressive. I went through the setup process, and I noticed there were multiple choices for PC names. I should have known it was probably a returned product but continued with setup. The battery was on 40% when opened. After going through the rest of setup the battery was down below 20%. I plugged it in when I first turned it on and it never got above 5% again. Finally, it shut down and would not restart and never did charge. I went on YouTube and followed instructions (reset battery). Nothing worked. I had looked at the charger and realized it was an after-market charger. The charger had no Acer markings. All of the stickers on the original box had been removed (I should have snapped right away). I have had a previous Acer laptop in the past and was really looking forward to this one. The price was right and so were the specs for the money. Acer has really disappointed this time. I just finished boxing it up for a full refund. I think I'll stick with HP or Dell from now on. I'm also disappointed in Amazon (selling returned/refurbished products for new) for not verifying 3rd party quality. Lesson learned. Update: Took to Geek Squad and they tried charging machine (no luck). Ended up removing hard drive and wiped clean. It's on its way back to Amazon. ... show more
