Works well for the software I needed to use on it. It does not allow you to use touch screen or Bluetooth while charging for some reason? Battery life last about average.

    • Amazing laptop for price
A really nice acer laptop that is very lightweight and boots up very fast. The performance is amazing for web-surfing, streaming, work, and school. The battery life is great and can last you the entire day, and the laptop charges very fast. The keys and keypad are comfortable. Only downsides are that there are not enough ports, including a missing ethernet port. But this flaw really only depends on the user's needs. The display and audio are mediocre, but they get the job done. Overall, this laptop is perfect at its price point, and definitely recommended for those who need it for work or college/school, or just personal and light entertainment use. ... show more

    • Touchpad failed after only 2 1/2 months
I now have no touchpad after less than 90 days, and no warranty applies. That's pathetic after spending this much when something fails that quickly and the company won't even stand behind it.

    • I have never had this many problems with any other laptop I've bought in my life.
I have to write this review on my phone because the laptop's touchpad stopped working again (which has been a reoccurring issue as of late). I treat my electronics with extreme care (mostly because I can't financially afford not to), yet less than a month after buying this computer the right hinge started to crack and break apart. Then the computer had an issue where it would not charge the battery all the way unless I reset it by holding down the power button until it forced shut off. Half a year after that then left hinge started to crack as well. My suggestions to anyone reading this would be to make sure you get some kind kg insurance because you'll definitely need it. ... show more
