    • Barely works after owning less than one year
I bought this laptop less than a year ago and it has gotten to the point where it is barely usable. It worked fine at first, so other than the awful speakers, these problems have appeared over the past nine months that I've owned it: - It randomly won't turn on sometimes - I can leave it plugged in for hours and it still won't fully charge. It used to charge fully and hold a charge well but now it loses it quickly. - When the battery is low, it works extremely slowly. - The camera randomly stops working (which is an issue because I need it for my job). - Sometimes the trackpad stops working and I can only use the touch screen. - The speakers are awful. It's often difficult to hear people in virtual meetings. It's basically impossible to watch shows if there is any competing background noise (like a fan blowing in the room). Shuts down without cause or warning, but that's a nuisance as it only happens once in a while (I looked at diagnostics and it's logged as an "unexplained shutdown," and the machine passes MemTest. More importantly, after less than 90 days the screen hinge simply broke. I saw others complaining about the quality but figured I am a "gentle" user so I wouldn't be likely to have a problem.     • No Wi-Fi connectivity
When trying to setup this laptop it became apparent that the onboard WiFi adapter wasn’t working. Windows didn’t even recognize it. The ad said that the device was tested and certified. I think you missed something during the test process.
