Unfortunately this laptop had boot problems and could not find its webcam so we had to return it. UPDATE: Seller was Oydisen and I will never purchase from them again. Charging a $50 restocking fee for a device that did not work from the beginning is not an ethical practice.

2 issues that I am not able to fix even after resetting the computer 2 times. 1. Laptop is extremely slow to pop open an application name like notepad when I type that in the search button as soon as the pc is started up. It takes about a minute before it starts popping up. 2.
