Works fine. Would recommend this Chromebook. Kindle reading app is giving me problems. You have to delete and reload each time you restart. Others on line are having the same problem with the Kindle reading app. Google reading app works fine. No other apps have problems.

Product arrived exactly when promised. Packaging was very solid. The device works perfectly in perfect new condition - Like others have noted, the device was 2022 and not 2024, and furthermore the SKU indicates a model 1H and when i check that out, it tells me it is eMMC memory and not SSD. I specifically wanted SSD memory for performance, so no wonder the price seemed cheap. it makes it hard to research things when the listing mislabels the product. I have had this device for a few days now and everything seems good so far. The model I received was manufactured in 2022 not 2024 as the product title stated but I suspected the renewed device was not from this model year. I ran system and hardware diagnostics and performance testing and the battery health is at 97% and the processor peaked at 3.29 ghz. I have had an issue with the Kindle app crashing but I don't know that it is a result of the device, all other apps have been good. Productivity and speed has been as expected. I love the metal chassis, although it add weight...it is one of the factors adding to my choosing this option. As long as the device keeps up and doesn't die, I am happy. ... show more

    • This is not a 2024 model. Blutooth is not great.
Just to let people know because it does not state it, this is an Acer Spin 514. The one I received was over 2 years old (5/2022) and I would say was a 8 or 9/10. Scuffs and nicks on the hinges, and one of the USB-C ports was not lined up with the case (I am assuming because the bottom had been off). Mine showed up with the model an S/N stickers peeled up like they had been replaced. The bluetooth was not great on the Chromebook, and took several tries to connect many earbuds and headphones. I could never get my phone connected, which is the main reason I am returning. There is no customer support from Google for Chrome OS, Acer wouldn't help because it is out of warranty, and every other help site is a paid site (including the one Acer transfers you to). ... show more
