I got this laptop. It was nice and fast and everything but the battery would not hold a charge. I requested to have a second laptop sent to me to replace the first one received the second laptop had the same issue no contact back from the seller. I emailed them the first time on the first laptop. I’m very upset with the service that I got from the seller and the products. For someone looking for a decent value in a non-gaming ultralight laptop, this is a good laptop for the money. It's quick in non-gaming applications (no it won't run Baldur's Gate 3 well!), the battery lasts for about 8 hours in Youtube playback (I tested this myself), it's a good-looking screen. While it ships with a jack-based charger, any standard USB-C charger delivering at least 45 watts seems to work just fine. The problem is the "2024" in the title. There is NOTHING that is "2024" about this machine; it's a refurb of a 2021 model (mine was manufactured in mid-2021), and I ordered and received mine in 2023, so there's not even that. The "2024" is deception to get it to people searching for "laptop 2024". This needs to be changed. ... show more
