    • The PC wouldn't boot past the BIOS

7 days later and many emails with the vendor I have a working mini PC. It took a while to get here and I like the PC now but it is not a journey for the less determined. I feel like I just finished a DIY pc, not a ready to run. Short story is I had to download and reload Windows and all the drivers to get it to work. Most of the vendor support links they send are broken and I had to find a work around. That said the support team is responsive via email and did help get it running. Now that it is working it is snappy and running well 1 day in. The lights are fun and it will be a good intro gaming PC for my kids. The good news is if they break it, I feel confident I can fix it again. ... show more

I've reached out to their support and may change my review once the issue is figured out, but currently cannot connect to the Internet without an Ethernet cable. I noticed the issue yesterday after setting it up. The wifi kept randomly dropping and then staying disconnected on the computer. I checked everywhere else in the house, but nothing else lost connection. Just to be sure, I reset the modem, tried turning the computer on and off again, flushed the DNS, reset and reestablished the iPv4 and iPv6 - nothing. So I've come to the conclusion that something is wrong with the wifi adapter inside the computer itself. Other than that, I love the little computer. It's fast, plays BG3 on ultra settings, and is just the cutest little thing. 10/10 would buy again, pending the adapter issue. ... show more

    • It’s a decent computer, but..

I can play standard MMO’s no problem it can even handle playing a game like Gotham knights easily, however if you play a game like Mortal Kombat 1 or even APEX legends then your asking too much of this little computer
