We received the product and we could not get past the start up screen. Called tech support they where no help at all. Even tried to reboot the windows program and still could not pass the start up screen. We started a return that same day we received it. And now it's been 4 weeks to get a refund. This is unacceptable. Could not get another one until the refund was in. I will go to store to get another one. Can not wait for a month to get refunded back. I do not recommend this.

This ACEMAGIC gaming laptop is a gift for my husband, he likes it very much! The previous computer has been used for 5 years. This time he replaced it with a new one. He can play games and work more smoothly! AMD Ryzen 7 5825U processor + 16GB memory + 512GB NVMe SSD, runs very fast, and there is no pressure to boot, load games, and process work files. The screen is 16.1-inch FHD, and the picture quality is exquisite, which is great for watching movies and playing games. The keyboard is backlit, making it easy to use at night. WiFi 6 makes the networking experience more stable, and the overall design is also very thin and light, making it easy to carry. My husband is very satisfied after using it for a few days. He said that this computer is easy to use whether for office work or playing games. The heat dissipation is also good and the fan is not too loud. This gift selection was so successful! Highly recommended to friends who want to replace computers for their families!

Ok. Right of the bat. The keyboard is cheap. No backlight when you need to work at night. And it feels rough Buttons are different as well. WHY do companies want to mix up a keyboard??? Hardware is very good.

This is a great computer. It is lightweight and easy to use. I'm a student and I already like it a lot more then my last laptop. It runs the software that I need quickly and smoothly. That's saying something because I always have a lot of tabs open and the computer is able to operate at a high level even with that. This is a great computer for people who need to work quickly but it's also a computer easily used for entertainment as well. Overall great computer. Definitely recommend!

Well I unpacked it. Let it charge. Was in the process of setting it up and it shut down and never turned on again. Now I'm in the process of emailing the company and waiting for them to get back to me within 48 hours.

This laptop has a metal like finish and the grey metallic color looks like he apple ones. The screen is frosted, good for anti-glare during gaming. The keyboard is also very clicky, although I still recommend external mechanical keyboard and gaming mouse for better gaming experience. The connectivity is good. I do not need a dongle to connect to HDMI, keyboard or mouse. The SSD is decent sized, and boots up the laptop super fast. The heat control is good, the fans dissipate the heat pretty quickly even with heavy gaming. The screen is also big enough to play games with but also portable enough to fit in any regular-size back up. It is a good gaming laptop for its value.

For the price of this thing, you can get two brand new Rog ally’s or anything that runs better than this thing, decent performance on the Home Screen but booted up a game and lags immediately. Not the most terrible lag but not something to buy for over 1k. Get yourself a asus or something similar that is actually worth 1k+. Honestly this laptop is worth about $300-$400 max. Keyboard sticks and feels cheap too. Buy something worth 1k not this thing.
