The arms are held up with a built-in piston, which is made very well and can hold up my LG 45-inch monitor with ease. The assembly is very easy and works well with my wooden desk. about 1 inch thick. Pros: Well made, ease of use, easy to assemble, feels durable, and works very well with heavier monitors and smaller ones for sure! Easy Mountability! Has a long length that extends far out and has an excellent range of motion. Whatever angle you want, you can set it. Cons: Not many, takes about 20 minutes to assemble for the average person. Costs slightly more than most competitors, but worth the money!! Overall, I highly recommend this company and this product! Their customer service has been the best I have dealt with in a very long time, period. I had purchased the wrong kit for my second monitor, and they were understanding and fast at responding! I received the second product at no cost and got to keep the original! 10/10

If you’ve never used a monitor arm before and you spend a lot of time in front of a screen—whether it’s for gaming, work, or anything else—this is a total game changer. It instantly makes your setup cleaner and way more space-efficient. The arm feels super solid and well-built. It has that heavy, quality feel to it, and the base is extremely secure—it uses a screw system that tightens from the top and bottom to keep everything firmly in place. Your monitor isn’t going anywhere. The range of motion is excellent. You can raise, lower, tilt, swivel—whatever works best for your setup. It moves smoothly and stays exactly where you want it. It even comes with a faceplate that attaches to the back of your monitor, which then hooks directly onto the arm—making it way easier to mount, especially for larger monitors. Another great feature is the built-in cable management. The arm has covers so you can feed your monitor cables through neatly, keeping everything organized and clutter-free. It has a vesa 100x100 mounting compatibility and it fit my 100x100 monitor perfectly! Setup can be a bit tricky the first time, but the instructions are clear and include pictures. Everything you need comes in the box—tools, screws, all of it. You’ll want a second person to help lift and mount the monitor, but overall, assembly is simple and not overwhelming. Functionally, it’s incredibly convenient and practical. Used it with my 49 inch MSI monitor and works perfect! Best arm i could get! The only thing for me is that I dont look how the usb cables look since the back of my desk is facing the door and it looks a little disorganized, but this is on me.I should have bought the ones without the USB ports

I like it but adjusting the arm tension did nothing for arm making it hard to move it up and down. Spinning it around is fine because it pivots about an axis but the up and down movement is hard but not impossible to move across a vertically plane. It's a strong arm, no problems for over 4 months of daily use.

I received the stand in a timely fashion. As I recall it was overnight. I had ordered one earlier too, but left them in a box for a while. I installed them in an hour or so, and put up two monitors. Monitor arm supports are easy to set up, and work beautifully. They are heavy duty, and more than up to the task. There is great freedom of movement for orienting the monitors both horizontally and vertically. I once thing is that there is cable management built into the arms. Great purchase

I wanted something that could handle my brand-new big curved monitor. I was looking for something substantial. This bad boy is really solid. The pieces fit together snugly - I'm no manufacturing expert but there's no play in the connections. I like that very much. I could understand the instructions - the diagrams really saved me when I wanted the words to say more. I thought the diagrams were excellent. I bought this particular model because it has a channel where I can run USB cables inside; figuring how to make that work took an extra few minutes. I wish the instructions gave me more specifics about how to arrange the cables at the base of the device. All the promised parts were included, including the two different Allen wrenches. I found the assembly process to be really fun, but I like doing this kind of thing. I'm very pleased with the result!

Got this upgrading my WFH setup with a 45" Ultrawide and it definitely does the job and holds the monitor with no issues. The only reasons I took 2 stars away was because the instructions were somewhat confusing but I figured them out and the hinge that connects to the VESA mount was stuck in a tilted downward position permanently until I used edge clippers to cut a small round plastic piece jutting out preventing the hinge from moving freely. This was not listed in the instructions and may have been a defect but it was not something I accounted running into. Also, since it doesn't say in the description, if you get the USB version like I did, there is 1 USB C and 1 USB 3.0 which route through the bracket and to your PC. The end that connects to your PC are both USB 3.0 in case you were planning cable management like I was and bought adapters/hubs that I didn't end up needing. Overall a pretty good product just some hiccups.

Setup was pretty straightforward, through I did have a little confusion at the beginning when there was mention of maybe needing a VESA adapter. Come to find out that wasn't required for my monitor, so all systems go.
