I highly recommend this product. This is a nice laptop for the price. I'm not big into tech. I use it for work, as l am a college student, and it handles just fine. In my leisure time l also use this to watch YouTube and streaming services. Picture quality is good to me. Battery life isn't bad but I don't mind charging when needed. it's affordable and works for my needs. ... show more

Nice Benchmark Scores for Hardware
Bought this when it was 73% off. Benchmarked it right when it arrived to be surprised that it scored a higher score than most computers with equivalent hardware. No issues so far. Nice and fast, Great display, large amount of ports. Camera can be blocked with a switch. Great machine for the price. I thought it had a backlit keyboard but it does not. ... show more

Dark screen after 3 months - unknown reliability
We purchased this item three months ago, and the screen has suddenly gone dark. We’ve contacted Amazon and also taken it to several repair shops, but none of them were able to identify the issue or estimate the cost to fix it—if it’s even repairable.

Quality and Excellent Customer Service
We had some trouble with the setup, but Customer Service was able to help us get it fixed easily. I bought this for my son to have as a gaming computer. He seems to be happy with the quality. It was also delivered faster than expected. I was hesitant on purchasing this product from a vendor in China, but I am very satisfied with everything so far. I will update if any problems arise. ... show more

Felt I Got Value For The Money - Until The Screen Started Flickering
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I bought this for the supposed $800 off the regular price of over $1200 or so. Now it's easy to see that was a tricky sales tactic. Laptop quality: Not great, honestly. The screen randomly flickers - today it's the bottom 3rd of the screen - and it's happening for no reason whatsoever. This is after I've had the entire screen flicker the first few days after purchase. Seems to be less frequent after a random Windows update. Now it's the bottom 3rd. I really want to like this machine, but it's not handling the limited tasks I throw at it well either. To edit video with Capcut, that's all I can have open. If I have Chrome open with any number of tabs, it comes to a screeching halt performance-wise. I'm beginning to regret not getting a trusted, name brand like I usually do. I replace my laptops every 2 years anyway, but I really don't want to have these problems from the start. Value for money: As mentioned above, $800 off a supposed $1200 non-sale price. I wouldn't pay any more than $400 for this machine. ... show more

Just Ok
The fan on the bottom gets hot and is loud. I’m not sure why or if that is normal. Performance is lacking.
