I have only really good reviews about this ink (and the printer that it goes too). I went back and forth for several months about purchasing the Epson 8550 EcoTank FOR MONTHS before purchasing this for my business. I am an artist and I am using it to create and print my own multi sized prints, as well as book covers and stickers. I'm fairly certain this printer paid for itself and it's ink I purchased before the month was up! The bottles of ink not only fill the entirety of the eco tank but also have 1/4 of the tank still left in the bottle once the printer is full (5/4ths of ink in a bottle) I have printed over 600 prints and covers of various sizes and colors and have barely gone through 1.5 bottles of all of the inks. I love the vibrancy and saturation of color that you get with this printer and the different sizes and options you have. I'm so glad that I bought it! ... show more

When you pay $600+ for a printer, you don't go with cheap compatible ink.. You go with the legit stuff. This is by far the best option and it goes a long way. I print on semi-gloss sticker photo paper and make custom action figure card backs.. This ink (and Epson 8550 printer) have been amazing from the start. The black is deep and dark as it should be! I bought Epson 552 EcoTank Ink Ultra-high Capacity Bottle Photo Black (T552120-S) Works with EcoTank Photo ET-8500, ET-8550 because my printer is due for an ink recharge. Pros: • Convenient with 5 of the 6 necessary colors included in the bundle. • Quality is as good as any non-OEM ink Cons: • More expensive than non-OEM inks • Epson still tries to scare users with statements about using non-OEM ink voiding warranties, which is prohibited by Magnuson-Moss Act and Sherman-Clayton Antitrust Act • Inconvenient with only 5 of 6 required ink colors in the bundle Bottom line, good ink but price, convenience and manufacturer's scare tactics make it substandard. ... show more
