With up to 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 512GB M.2 NVMe SSD, this laptop responds quickly to commands and has ample storage for my games and files. This computer is a great school/ job option with- quality video office operations, notebook with multiple ports including HDMI, the construction material is a fancy metal with a clear vision. I love the resolution and the velocity of this computer that is faster than others and has included windows 11. To our teenage that love play games with this laptop can have the experience of some 2D games. I don’t write a lot of reviews, however, I felt the need to with this computer. I’m a little upset and feel duped. This company ran multiple ads with the same exact computer with different prices. The prices ranged from $399-$1599, there was a $459.00 and a $565.00. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice these different prices until after I purchased the computer. The one I purchased said regular price $1599 marked down to $565 during prime days. So what is the actual value of this computer? The computer arrived later than it said when shipped, the fault was with Amazon not this company. Upon arrival, the computer was completely dead. Dead! Absolutely no power whatsoever. Im older than the internet and have purchased plenty of laptops in my life, never once did I receive a laptop that was completely dead until now. That can’t be good for the battery. I finally got it all charged and turned it on. It took what seemed like forever for the screen to power up. Once it did, it took another few minutes to boot up. For a laptop that supposed to have some speed, it shouldn’t have taken so long to boot up. Hopefully it gets better as I begin to use it. But as of now, I can’t recommend this laptop. The media could not be loaded. My husband needed a new PC to run his simulator software, so after researching many different brands and the price tags we found AceMagic. It had good reviews and the price was outstanding for all the bells and whistles it came with. We received the computer exactly as described and it was very easy to set up. My husband has been extremely pleased with the sound quality and how clear and realistic the graphics are. I needed a laptop for school and this did the job perfectly! Runs really well and the battery life lasts at least a good 8 hours when not running any games. I have also been able to run games without any problems.
