I am in love with my new laptop. The screen is huge. It makes viewing everything so much easier from movies to all my work at home needs to social media. The visual is very crisp and clear. I get around 5 to 5 and half hours of constant use out of it before the battery is done, sometimes longer depending on what I am doing. Charging only takes a couple hours or charge while you use. This is garbage product. Does not work and Amazon refuses to take it back. Omar (leadership team) told me to take to a repair and get it repaired. Yes a brand new coy and the customer service team says to go pay and get it repaired, they won’t take it back.

I've always wanted a laptop with a bigger screen, I've been picking and choosing and finally decided to buy this one, I just received it and I'm very happy with the size of the screen! My husband saw it and he kept it for himself, so maybe I need to buy another one!

I got the ACMAGIC Laptop for my son. Because this year's NY State test requires children to be proficient at answering the test using a computer keyboard. This keyboard is large and has a number pad which I really like on a laptop . I love that this laptop is lightweight yet still has a big screen for my tired eyes or just for watching TV on it. Very convenient for traveling & taking to class. It was very quick to set up. The media could not be loaded. Great surprise: it doesn't overheat, performs well with great games, and runs Adobe Suite smoothly as it comes with the latest version of Windows 11. My business partner asked me to order another one for himself.
