I read all the reviews and struggled to decide. This is a nice mattress. Its on the firm side, but cool and comfy. It popped right open seeming to be the full height. I got the 14inch but would probably recommend the 12 and add a one inch topper. It was just a tad firm on top, but may break in over time. Its a good choice!

I don't usually sit on the side of the bed anyway, but I was still expecting the sides to have more support than they do. It'll kinda roll you out in the morning when you drop your feet over the edge. Still it's an exceptionally comfortable mattress for sleeping and appears to be well constructed with no loose threads and solid stitching.

So I was looking for a mattress that wasn’t too soft or too hard, and I found it. It is truly amazing. I have a 100 year old antique full size bed frame and wanted something pretty big. I did have to go to the hardware store and get wooden slats cut for the bottom to help support the new mattress and I also kept the box spring(you really don’t need that with this mattress). But I like how high it is, it just matches the proportions of the bed. But the cooling technology does work and the springs I don’t feel, so I am super impressed for what I got for the price, I will be ordering another one for my daughter as well.
