Please ensure you are receiving what you have order, I ended up sending both back. Apart from the CPU, everything else was good, it was lightweight, nice design, screen quality was as expected, the 16gb ram and 500gb storage was as advertised, Win11 was easy to setup, unable to test battery life, due to returning, but as a laptop it's functionality was as expected, just slower than I needed and paid for.

It can't handle the most simple games without crazy frame rates. it takes up 80% CPU and 90 plus % of the GPU JUST IN THE MAIN MENU OF SCHEDULE 1.

The media could not be loaded. I got this laptop recently, and I’m super happy with it! It runs really fast, and I can do everything I need without any issues. The screen looks really nice, and the laptop itself feels well-made with the metal design. The WiFi works great—I haven’t had any problems with the connection, and the battery lasts a long time, so I don’t have to charge it all the time. It also starts up really quickly, which is super convenient. For the price, I think it’s a really good deal! Definitely happy with my purchase. Would totally recommend!

I never finished setting up the laptop because it didn't come with the right charger. It came with a European plug and not a US one. I called Amazon customer service and they sent a plug adapter (kudos to Amazon customer service) but the laptop still won't charge. A voltage issue or a battery issue? I don't know and it's too much work to resolve on a brand new computer. I also didn't have the patience to deal with Acemagic's customer service since I could never seem to get ahold of them. So return it is.

Thought was a gaming computer but it's more of a job laptop, it work with games but it's definitely not a gaming laptop. Instead of spending $1400 just buy something else, I'm sorry but wasn't worth it. Although it does work well, good durability somewhat, decent screen quality, I myself wouldn't say it's that good for the value. As I said if you want a gaming laptop just get something else!
