We bought this bike for our nine year old daughter. Easy to put together, perfect size, and cute. Our only issues were: There was no step 2 in the directions which later reveals itself to be the reflectors. You have to take apart the bike(slightly) to attach them. Second was the scratches on the rim, due to shipping. The rest of the bike was packed well and no issues. In the picture we were in the middle of attaching neon lights to her front wheel, so ignore the zip ties in the picture. (Bought separately) ... show more
